Super Junior's Siwon took a photo with Will.I.Am!

On the last day of February, Siwon shared another photo on his Twitter account. He shared a photo of himself with none other than Will.I.Am. "It was really great time!  Hope you have a great time in Korea" Siwon wrote as he tweeted the photo above.

In the photo, Siwon put his arm around Will.I.Am's shoulder and both of them smile brightly while looking at the camera. You can see a man with a wide smile in his face between Will.I.Am and Siwon's face.

Seems Siwon and Will.I.Am had a great time together and it's good to know that Siwon still have time to have fun.

Actress Moon Geun-young will resume her final year of university this year after having put her studies on hold to pursue her acting career.

The 24-year old Moon enrolled at Sungkyunkwan University in 2006 to study Korean language and literature but had to defer time and time again, while her cohorts graduated in 2010.

“Although she has deferred her studies, Moon has been a diligent student during the times she was studying,” Moon’s representative said.

“Thus she only needs 8 credits in order to graduate, which is not a heavy workload. If she is presented with a great opportunity, she will be able to study and act at the same time.”

Unlike other child actors who are admitted into university acting programs without sitting a test, Moon wowed the public by taking the College Scholastic Aptitude Test in 2005.

Despite her hectic schedule, she has continued to pursue her studies. Last year in September, she took a short course in New York to improve her English.

Meanwhile, her absence from the entertainment world has been noted for the past year. Her agency says that this hiatus was related to the actress’ careful scrutiny of projects.

Rapper MC Mong has returned to Seoul after a holiday in the United States that was sponsored by fellow entertainer Kim Jang-hoon.

Kim sent the 32-year-old entertainer abroad to recharge after 16 grueling months of legal battles.

Last November, MC Mong was found innocent of charges that he tried to dodge his mandatory military service.

However, he was found guilty of having obstructed justice, and received a six-month prison sentence – which was suspended for one year – as well as 120 hours of community service. He faces his final trial in March.

“There seems to be no end to this drama. After the trial in March we are hoping that things will go back to normal. The prospect of work is unimaginable for MC Mong right now,” said the star’s agency.

On Jan. 11, Kim used his Web site to announce that he had paid for a U.S. trip for MC Mong, who he feared was suffering from severe depression.

“I was worried for his welfare in case he was at risk of killing himself,” Kim said. “For the last year he has spent his time hidden away at home or at the studio, always subject to public ridicule when he stepped outside. I see signs of depression and panic disorder in the guy … I felt like he really needed the break, so I sent him off.”

Since the accusations were made, MC Mong has been the subject of severe public criticism, prompting the celebrity to stay well out of sight.

— Yoyogi Live DVD- what point do you want it to be focused on?
MH: I want fans to see the performance of our major debut song “In My Head”.
YH: The fire went up.
JH: Both the fire and live performance were also very hot! The songs that you hear on CD/MV are different from what you hear at the live concert. Please feel that difference in this DVD.
YH: We played “In My Head”at the live concerts several times before, then I feel that song was completed. And we performed  some parts of our new song “Where You Are” at the concert, so that is also the highlight of this DVD.
JS: This live has a consistent flow from the beginning to the end, I’m glad if you can feel that whole atmosphere.
JH: We made preparations for this live over a longer time than ever before. Especially about our instruments playing, we had been very focused on that aspect, so please watch the details carefully, our individual play or the whole rendition and so on.
— Yoyogi Live DVD – your impression after watching it.
JH: Compared with our previous live concerts, I felt that “we have improved” (laughs). Especially on video, we can see our stage atmosphere objectively, so I can get another feeling as I was playing there.
YH: Sometimes I watch our previous DVD too, I feel that we’re improving.
— Opening music was composed by YH-san, right?
YH: Yes. I wanted to use siren sound, then at first I made sample sound which had the siren sound as the main, and then the strong opening sound was completed.
— There are some newly arranged songs.
JH: We had made an effort very well to “Tattoo”’s new arrangement. We played this song many times before so we wanted to make another approach.
YH: At the rehearsal, we tried to make a new arrangement for this song. The audience response was quite good.

—(to YH) By the way, you said your favorite thing during live tour is eating local cuisine.
So you gained your weight. How about your weight now?
YH: I returned to my former weight. Didn’t you know just by looking at me? (laughs) I can’t give up to eat tasty food so I eat well and then do a lot of exercise. My weight very flexible.
MH: YH hyung eats well but he can control his body condition well too.
JS: He eats well and exercises well.
I don’t think your weight can be that flexible..
JH,JS,MH: (at the same time) “iyaiyaiya” (no no no) (laugh).
JH: We are always beside him, so we can know it well just by looking at him.
YH: I ask members that if I’m getting weight, please let me know. The members can sense my physical condition.
— You guys has experienced many kinds of live concerts. What’s the most impressive live?
All: (at the same time) MTV unplugged!
(*This was interviewed the day after their MTV Unplugged live)
JH: I’ve gotten very nervous!
YH: As soon as we finished that stage, all four of us clap our hands together.
MH: I’m happy, but on the other hand, I felt a lot of pressure.
JS: We had heavy nervousness almost as same as our debut stage.
YH: MTV unplugged is the program that world famous artist has appeared in, Clapton-san or Bon Jovi-san and so on.
I feel that it was a very honorable experience.
MH: The pressure was heavy, but  it was a big chance for us and the feeling of satisfaction was very rewarding.
JS: The venue’s atmosphere was very good. It’s like a stylish bar, I felt so good.

— “Where You Are” was the #1 song on Oricon Weekly Chart. Where did you hear that?
YH: While recording.
JS: At first I was stunned.
JH: I clapped my hand as soon as I heard. Then I said “omedetou” (Congratulations!)  to YH hyung, JS and MH in order. At that time we were in the recording,  but I said “Let’s finish it now” unintentionally. I couldn’t play (guitar) for a while.
MH: This is the first time we got weekly #1.
YH: I think we are lucky. Our second single got #1. We really thanks to everyone who support us.
CNBLUE had became “first Korean artist” for a few times. MTV Unplugged, Countdown Japan. Do you guys noticed it?
YH: We can’t believe it. But I think we still have lots of things to challenge now. In Japan, there are a lot of music festival, we had various good experience. We want to keep on challenging ourselves.
 Including “away” stage, right?
YH: Last year LINKIN PARK-san live was a perfect “away” stage, we got badly nervous, but because of it, we were very enthusiastic. (laugh)
JH: It was good chance to let people who don’t know us to listen to our music.
MH: For one-man-live, we have a longer time (to perform) so I think of our pacing, but for music festival the length of our performance is short, so the power for each song gets stronger inevitably.
JH: At (such music festivals), I use my whole energy to play guitar.
YH: Like this, “ore wa rocker da!” (I AM A ROCKER!)
JS: ”Ore mo rocker da!” (I AM A ROCKER TOO!) (laugh)

At music event or festival, did you interact with another bands?
YH: Yes, at Ontama Carnival on January, we talked with ORANGERANGE-san at the backstage.
JS: Before our major debut, we used to listened and watched their DVD, we studied form that. So we were honored to interact with them.
JH: I heard ORANGERANGE-san wrote to their blog about us. I’m really glad to hear that.
MH: Also SID-san,.. we interacted with other performers too.
YH: We watched all artist’s live perform, we studied many things from that.
— Your review for the past two years (since Korean debut)
All: Our live performance has improved!
YH: Now I couldn’t watch our previous live films/videos. (laugh) We were badly unskilled.
— You guys changed how you play your instruments, how to enhance the atmosphere, and the tension of your voice.
JH: It was only two years, so it is not too long ago. But we had so many experiences, I realized this so keenly.
About CNBLUE’s Korean comeback in March
YH: Since one year ago.
MH:  It has been a long time since our last release, so I feel a little anxious.
JS: But, even at the Korean stage, Japanese fans come there too, so I’m happy.
JH: Regardless of we are in Korea or Japan, we sing our songs that we released on both countries, then fans can be excited for songs from both countries. So recently I don’t care now whether I am in Korea or Japan.

— About the Stand-Up by M Live – LA concert
JH: We’ve been visiting around Asia, USA  is going to be our first time, so it is our new challenge.
YH: We rarely perform with FTISLAND, so we are happy to go to Los Angeles with them.
JH: It’s not an exaggerated thing like CNBLUE is going “to advance in US”, I think we just go to LA to meet our US fans.
YH: When I go to the  US,  first I should eat hamburger, and then eat pizza..  ahh I have lots of things to do there. (laughs)
— Request for staff
YH: I want to appear on Summer Sonic! It was our first big music festival that we watched back in 2008. We all were shocked. LINKIN PARK-san, Hoobastank-san, and B’z-san, it was really cool, really fun. We thought we want to stand  on such great stage someday. Please support us, staff-san!

FTISLAND and CNBLUE will be holding a concert in LA with the help of a giant American entertainment company. AEG will be supporting FTISLAND and CNBLUE’s live concert to be held on March 9 in LA’s Nokia Theatre, a venue which could accommodate 5,000 seats.
The concert was made possible when AEG agreed to co-produce a concert that CJ E&M’s global concert brand M-Live had planned. It will be the first Korean concert abroad that was able to bring in the participation of a global entertainment group.
AEG is one of the biggest entertainment groups in America, even owning branches in Europe and China. It boasts access to more than 100 concert venues and manages approximately 55 sports teams. It produces more than 6,200 projects every year in sports and live entertainment such as America’s biggest rock festival in Coachella and concerts for Bon Jovi, Justin Timberlake and Usher.
For the M-Live LA concert, AEG provided the Nokia Theatre and took charge of overseas promotions through its global network. Thanks to this support, ticket sales for the FTISLAND andCNBLUE concert are thriving among local American fans. The concert is expected to earn a profit exclusively through ticket sales without sponsor support.
A representative from CJ E&M’s M-Live said, “Many Korean agencies have complained about the lack of local information and trustworthy partners. Our success in bringing in a large overseas group is the first in Korea and this partnership will make the world look at K-Pop with a new perspective and also it will bring up the quality of the concerts.”
The CJ E&M and AEG co-produced “FTISLAND & CNBLUE Stand Up by M Live” concert will be held on March 9 at LA’s Nokia Theatre.

T/N: This is the summarize version of the petition for the court.
Please go to this website(http://xoxojyj.web.fc2.com/20120209.html) to read the full version of the petition.
Petition to demand for JYJ to have freedom in Japanese activities
Organizer: Japan Fancafe JYJ Their Rooms
Submitted to: Tokyo District Court
Start Date: 09/02/2012
JYJ is currently in a trial against Avex regarding their contract.
Even though they are foreigners, the reason for this litigation is because of the large number of fans who are waiting for the restart of their Japanese activities.
We, JYJ’s Japanese fans, had been thinking of ways to support them who are currently engaged in the trial and had decided to submit the petition to the court.
JYJ who couldn’t escape the constraint from Avex, even a day faster, we would like to send our voice to the court and also JYJ of our wish for them to be able to restart their activities in Japan again. The petition and the signature shall be submitted to the court through C-Jes’ representative attorney. We planned to submit the petition on next trial fixed date, so we planned to finish this before the planned end date (only real name, nicknames are unjustifiable).
Signature project details
Petition to demand for JYJ to have freedom in Japanese activities.
1- On September 16th 2010, Avex suddenly announced JYJ’s hiatus in Japanese activities, thus taking away the possibility of JYJ’s Japanese activities and the fans chance to listen to JYJ’s singing.
2- Furthermore, for Avex, in regards of the activity hiatus, had recognized the hiatus as a one-sided fact and using this as the reason, explained it to the media and HP through claims, spreading it via twitter of their staff etc, hence profoundly hurting JYJ and C-Jes status in Japan.
3- Despite after the announcement of JYJ’s hiatus, Avex continued selling JYJ’s CD and DVD without JYJ’s consent. They also work together with Oricon in not including the total sale of both items on the Oricon ranking. Fans wanted to support the artist and JYJ’s product by putting them on the ranking, but both companies had merely scheme the conduct as a way to gain profit for their own benefit, thus making the fans to lose their faith in the companies.
4- JYJ’s June 2011’s charity event (Tokyo) and November’s concert (Ibaraki), Avex turn a deft ear to many fan’s wish and continue putting pressure on the venue and related person in charge in order to cause the activities to be suspended.
5- And then JYJ, who had even now been suspended in activities since a year and a half, due to Avex influence in Japan’s entertainment industry, could not have freedom in doing Japanese activities.
We cannot condone anymore of Avex’s continuous persistent disturbance on JYJ’s activities, and as consumers, this actions had caused a large mental anguish. We could deduce from this kind of inconsistency in Avex’s speech and conduct, the company’s objective of publication is not the reason for JYJ’s hiatus in activities, but their goal is to bind JYJ by the contract without any action (to solve the problem) but, nothing more than to deprive them in Japan’s entertainment world.
In addition, South Koreahas enlistment system in which around 2 years, they would have to undergo their military duties and will not be able to have their artist activities. Since the three members of JYJ are in middle of the twenties, it won’t be weird if they are enlisted. Taking in the consideration that for South Korean’s young male artist, the activities up until their military enlistment influence the importance of their lifetime, we seek for immediate solution to solve this problem.
Apart fromSouth Korea and Japan, JYJ has fans from all parts of the world. Their worldwide fans naturally defends JYJ to have their (JYJ) human right respected, thus they also wished for JYJ to have freedom in doing their activities, thus the fans are paying close attention of this trial in Japan. For the judgment, we humbly request to please naturally respect the freedom in the artist’s activities and human right, and to also consider each and every fan’s feeling who loves the artist.
We, JYJ’s Japanese fans wished from the bottom of our heart for the court’s sense of justice of a prompt judgment for the liberty of JYJ from Avex andSouth Korea’s SM Ent unfair disturbance and the freedom of JYJ’s Japanese activities.

Josei Jishin and KNTV present “Protect the Boss Jisung VIP event” held in Zepp Tokyo.
Regarding Jaejoong, “he really prepared for this role with great enthusiasm. It provided me an opportunity to change my views on idols acting. He did well considering this is his first time to act.”
He also recalled a funny moment with Jaejoong. We had a team building activity before the shooting started. This is the first time we met but we had a good time. When it is time to sleep, we found out that there is only one king-sized bed in our room.
We remained quiet for about 30 seconds. Then I said, “Let’s go to sleep.” Jaejoong said, “Yes, hyung”. Then we both laughed.
Also, we had alcohol before so it is kinda awkward. (Laughs) I said, “We need to take a shower, let’s do it together?” (Laughs) “We didn’t take a shower in the end but we did wash our faces!”
