CEO  of C-JeS Entertainment (the house of JYJ) shared his goal.

In the first edition of 'The JYJ' magazine, the CEO shared his goal. He said that his goal is to make JYJ a long-running group. During the interview, Baek Chang Joo said "JYJ will have more world tours in the future. I want them to be a long-running group" showing his desire to achieve his goal.

'The JYJ' magazine contains the current whereabouts of the members, honest interviews and also a DVD. The magazine will be released every 6 months.

On the other hand, JYJ is busy with their group and individual activities.

JYJ member Kim Jaejoong recently released his repackaged mini-album 'Y' and receiving good responses from the fans. The mini-album includes two new songs and a photobook.

In the photos from the photobook, Jaejoong displays a cool yet fierce image. His thick eyeliner and blank facial expression make him more attractive. His poses and outfits attract the attention of fans as he wears an all black attire and a mask.

Idol group SHINee members revealed what they do in their free time.

During an interview, they were asked about the things they like to do when they are not doing anything related to their work. Key started with "I like recycling my clothes. Since I like fashion, I rip my shirts, and pants to make it more stylish and add details to it." 

Jonghyun revealed what he likes to do "If I have free time, I drive. Listening while driving is my thing." and followed by leader Onew "I need to improve my concentration so I do things that need focus. I play Rubik's cube or darts." 

Taemin then said "I spend my free time playing soccer with my friends at dawn. We talk about things that we haven't talked about since I am busy." Minho concluded the question with his answer saying "I usually play cellphone games. I play with Kyuhun hyung and I keep winning over him! We do really care about our ranks." revealing his passion for cellphone games.

KARA member Goo Hara will be doing her first variety show as an MC. 

Goo Hara has tried various things from singing to acting but this will be her first time since debut to MC a variety program. On the 11th, the pilot episode of MBC's variety show called 'Your Angel' will be aired and Hara has been chosen to be one of the MCs of the said show. Along with her are Yoon Dohyun, Tak Jaehoon and Eun Jiwon.

From the name itself, the entertainers will become the 'Angels' of the show and will share their stories along with the viewers.

Recently, singer Lee Seung Hwan posted a photo of actress Park Shin Hye on Dream Factory's official website with a caption,"I'm releasing a rare photo of Park Shin Hye, who is now in her prime time"

The photo was taken in 2003, when Park Shin Hye was a 14 year old girl and she made an appearance in Lee Seung Hwan's MV "Flower".

In the photo, Park Shin Hye with her short and messy hair, is seen wearing a big protector glasses on her head. Her big rounf eyes were staring directly at the camera. After School's UEE showed off her splendid body figure.

The ladies of f(x) showed their support for the comeback of SM Entertainment labelmates, SHINee.

On February 26th, f(x) visited SHINee to cheer for their performance at MBC Music’s ‘Show! Music Champion’. SM Entertainment later revealed a group photo on its official Facebook page, capturing the heartwarming scenes.

In the photo, SHINee’s Onew, Taemin, Minho and Jonghyun, and f(x)’s Luna, Victoria, Sulli and Krystal stood together with their poses, showing their close relationships.

On this day, SHINee also snagged their first win for “Dream Girl” on ‘Show Champion’.


Big Bang’s Daesung has announced that he will be adding 21 more shows to his upcoming Japanese solo tour.

In promotion of new solo album ‘D’scover’ which was released in Japan on February 27, Daesung plans to hold his ‘D-Lite D’scover Tour 2013 in Japan ~DLIVE~’ in Kobe and Tokyo for a round of four shows.

However, Daesung decided to make things bigger and added 21 more shows to his tour itinerary due to high public demand and intense ticket competitions. He’ll be visiting cities such as Nigata, Aomori, Hokkaido, Miyagi, Kagawa, Okayama, Hiroshima, Nagasaki and Saga, cities that even Big Bang had never visited before.


The tour will begin in Kobe on March 23 and will span for about 3 months until June 18 in Yokohama. Daesung said, “‘D’scover’ contains a lot of warmth, and I hope, through this tour, to share a more intimate communication with the fans.”


The boys of SHINee will act as special one-day hosts on this week’s episode of ‘M! Countdown’.

Mnet confirmed that SHINee’s Key, Onew, Minho, Jonghyun and Taemin will hosting the February 28th broadcast of the weekly music program, ‘M! Countdown’. The boys will take turns in groups of two or three throughout the show.

On this episode, Teen Top, Verbal Jint and project group Hyungdon and Daejoon will be holding their first comeback stages along with performances from Huh Gak, SISTAR19, Rainbow, ToXic, Two X, SPEED, Nine Muses, NU’EST, Dasoni and Kim Tae Woo.

Meanwhile, SHINee will continue with their promotions of their comeback title track, “Dream Girl”.


Recently accepted to Korea University Graduate School, 2PM’s Taecyeon attended the orientation which was held at 3PM KST on February 27th.

He graduated from Business Administration studies in Dankook University and took the exam for Korea University Graduate School last December. He was accepted and received a notification of his acceptance this month.

A representative stated, “Taecyeon has had a strong will to continue his study, so he prepared the application all by himself. He will try his best to focus on both 2PM activities and his school work for a while.”

Se7en will be enlisting for his mandatory military service next month.

YG Entertainment announced that Se7en has received his official letter from the Office of Military Manpower Administration and he will be enlisting in the army in March to fulfill his two years of mandatory military services.

Although the singer is eligible to serve as a public service worker, he will be enlisting as an active and full service soldier. He will start his military service in a unit base in Uijeong-bu and will serve for 21 months.

The date was fixed, but Se7en told that he wants to announce it to the fans himself on his upcoming anniversary concert on March 9th. He is set to hold a talk show concert ‘Thank U’ on March 9th in celebration of his 10th anniversary.


Rookie group D-Unit will be making a comeback through local movie theaters.

On March 4th, the group’s upcoming music video will be played in MegaBox (one of the major Korean movie theater chains) branches all over Korea. Prior to the film presentation, movie-goes will get a chance to be the first to watch the 1 minute and 30 seconds music video for D-Unit’s new title track, “Talk At My Face”.

This is the second time for their music video to be played in movie theaters, as the music video for their debut title track “I’m Missing You” was played in 56 Megabox Theaters last year.

Also, D-Unit will be adding a new member to its roster for their comeback. Block B’s Zico will be producing the album, which will be released on March 4th.


After releasing her digital single “Hemostasis last month, former Fin.K.L member and current musical star Ock Joo Hyun is finally making her official comeback with new mini album ‘Reflection’.

Released on February 28th, ‘Reflection’ contains six tracks, three of which are new and features composers Jung Suk Won, Shin Jae Hong and lyricist Kim Eana. The single features various meaningful themes including love, ego and family.

Having postponed their comeback after releasing a number of teasers last year, the boys of AA (Double A) have announced that they will be really coming back by unveiling a video teaser for preview track, “Rollin’ Rollin’”!

AA will pre-release “Rollin’ Rollin’” on March 7th before officially release their album in a later date. Comprised of 5 members, AA debuted on November of 2011 with title track “Because I’m Crazy”.

MYNAME will be holding their first exclusive concert in Korea and the boys are hard at work to show their fans the best performance.

On February 27th, MYNAME revealed a short video showing the members rehearsing the choreography for their debut track “Message” and the recently released “Just That Little Thing.”

The group will hold their exclusive concert titled, ‘The Beginning’ at the Uniqlo Ax Hall in Seoul on March 2. This will be the group’s first concert in its home country after a year and six months since their debut.

The boys of MBLAQ will be restarting their Japanese promotions with their third single ‘Mona Lisa’. Earlier today, the group’s Japanese agency revealed the official album jacket photos, showing MBLAQ’s different charms.

The new single will include the Japanese version of “Mona Lisa”, a sad song yet a dance tune which well expresses their wild appearance. The coupling song “Cry” (Japanese version) is a ballad with an R&B taste which shows their absolute skills.

The third Japanese single ‘Mona Lisa’ will be released on March 27th.

With just a week away from their comeback, ballad group 2AM has revealed an audio preview of their new album ‘One Spring Day’, featuring a medley of their upcoming tracks along with a montage of their official concept images.

‘One Spring Day’ includes a total of nine tracks and instrumental. The album enlisted the help of talented musicians such as Epitone Project, No Reply, famous pianist Yiruma and more. It is scheduled for release on March 5.

During the showcase of Teen Top to commemorate their first full album, the group was asked if they have received confessions from celebrities, L.Joe then revealed the truth by saying “One of the group members has received a confession from someone we all know. It was like ‘You are my ideal type” and other members smiled.

To conclude the topic, Niel then shyly and honestly said “We have been receiving love from our seniors like Wonder Girls, Lizzy, Lee Hyori, Junghwa and Gahee. We are grateful because they support us.”

JYJ’s Kim Jaejoong’s movie ‘Code Name : Jackal’ will be released in Japan on May 3rd. The movie was Jaejoong first lead role and received great responses from the viewers.

On February 9th, pre-order of tickets for the said movie had been started which included a set of two special limited edition photo cards of Kim Jaejoong. Because of great response, it was decided that the pre-order tickets for the movie will have a second round and will start on March 16th with limited edition “Special Original Labels”.

‘Code Name : Jackal’ was a big success in Korea the reason why it will be showed in Japan as well on May 3rd 2013.

Teen Top member L.Joe characterize himself as the best at kissing.

During the showcase of Teen Top which was hel on February 26th at Seoul Seogyodong Interpark Arts Centre, member L.Joe revealed his thoughts about kissing scene "I had a kissing scene with Shin Bora in 'Miss Right' music video, actually, we were told about that on the day of filming so we were both shy but since Bora noona was more shy, I led the kissing scene."

After that, he was asked by the MC if there were members who were jealous of it and Niel didn't hesitate, he said "L.Joe was also the one who had a kissing scene in the precious music video. He has been in charge of it so far." to which L.Joe replied "I always get the kissing scenes because I'm the best at. it" showing his confidence.

Group TVXQ added 4 concerts to their ’5 Dome’ tour schedule.

TVXQ will have their ’5 Dome’ tour in Japan starting on April 27th. The group to embark their tour at Saitama’s Super Arena (Stadium Mode) and will also be performing at Nagoya Dome, Fukuoka Yahoo! JAPAN Dome, Kyocera Dome Osaka, Tokyo Dome, and Sapporo Dome.

TVXQ is scheduled to have a total of 12 performances during the tour but it is said that the group added 4 performances, one at Nagoya Dome and Tokyo Dome and additional 2 performances at Kyocera Dome. TVXQ now has a total of 16 performances at 6 different concerts halls.

On the other hand, TVXQ is currently busy with their individual activities in Korea.

Singer-songwriter Yoon Jong Shin is to write a song about Dokdo. Yoon and Prof. Seo Kyong Deok, an activist publicizing Korea’s sovereignty to the islets, made the announcement on Twitter on February 26th.

Yoon Jong Shin was approached personally by Seo Kyong Deok, who will soon start regular classes about the islets at the Independence Hall of Korea in Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province, and the singer is set to promote them.

The professor tweeted, “Yoon gladly agreed to donate his talent, saying it’s an honor as a songwriter to write a song about Dokdo.”

Yoon Jong Shin will start work on the song in April, with a plan to make a music video featuring the islets, to which Japan maintains a dubious colonial claim.

Actress Park Shin Hye recently shared her thoughts with regards to the ending of the tvN’s drama series ‘The Pretty Boy Next Door’.

The actress said, “For the last three months, I was happy with Go Dok Mi. I learned something new and I hope you all enjoyed it too. I hope that the drama series can open many people’s hearts and make them happy.”

She also posted on her Twitter, “Bye Go Dok Mi”

‘The Pretty Boy Next Door’ ended on February 26. Park Shin Hye took on the role of Go Dok Mi, a girl isolates herself from the world after being hurt by people around her. In the last episode, she ended up in love with Enrique Geum (Yoon Si Yoon) and met a happy ending.
