As for the February's fourth week top contenders, we have a special group of singers. It is our most unique top contenders to date. Majority of the top contenders are female soloists and groups as most of them are dominating the music charts currently.
Currently charming the audiences with his character as Song Samdong on a hit drama Dream High, Kim Soohyun, makes his debut on Muzik Chart for the first time. He became the second actor in the history of Muzik Chart to ever be a part of the top contenders. The first one was Hyun Bin with "That Man" for Secret Garden.
IU once again came out strong with her latest mini-album "Real+" as two of her new songs managed to get into our top 15 this week. "The Story That Only I Didn't Know" and "Cruel Fairytail" are replacing "Good Day" and "Someday" which lasted in the top 15 last week. On the other hand, Secret's "Shy Boy" became Muzik Chart's longest running song as it enters it's 7th week this week and we predict the song will last til next week.
Some of the new contenders this week are Nichkhun and Taecyeon of 2PM, Kahi of After School, Hyomin of T-ARA, Lee Hyun of 8EIGHT and Kim Soo Hyun. This week's top contenders is very unique indeed. Make sure to vote for your favourite contenders below.
