Step 1: Click the 등업신청하기 :Posted Image link


Remember that the staffs in the Official fancafe will take a day or so for you to level up. You will get declined or approved. So visit : 등업실패확인 :Posted Image if your name is in it, then that means you didn't get approved. If your post is in that page (aka the rejects), then just make another post in the 등업신청하기 :Posted Image and re-do the level up process (aka re-do Step 1 of Letter C in this tutorial)
