On 31st October, The Boss had an interview with Seoul News NTN. They said that they couldn't really sing because of cold in 30th, but they performed the live stage with the help of herbal medicine.
The Boss who came back as skilled idol told their behind story that they had a cold but they successfully performed on stage thanks to herbal medicine.
Last 30th October, The Boss came back through SBS Inkigayo, after 1 year 4 monthes of break in Korea. Their title song is 'Lady', a ballad song, where it clearly shows the unique voices of each of the five members.
The reason they selected a ballad song 'Lady' is because they wanted to show their fans how they improved in Japan for only a short period. They also added that despite their long period of practice, they couldn't show a 100% satisfying live performance to their fans because of their neck problems.
The Boss overdid themselves because they just came back from Japan and they went through hard vocal training even though their condition wasn't that great. That's why they had problems in their vocal cords.
Leader Mika said "We even had injections in the hospital the day before Inkigayo because we felt nervous, but we felt frustrated as our condition got worse the day of Inkigayo. But it's our fault that we didn't take care of our body and we just told one another "Let's just show them what we practiced while having trust with one another until now" and that got rid of our nervousness and we suddenly had strength.
Member Hyunmin who became the talk of the town with his tiger singing said "Because of the poor vocal condition, I almost had mistakes during the last high pitch, but when I saw the placards cheering for us, I thought I need to do my best even though I can't use my voice for the whole today, and the miracle happened.
After receiving all the praise, The Boss is now practicing hard again.
All the members said that they came back with the genre of song they really wanted to try, and they will try to improve their condition to show the people by live and make them think we're really a skill group.
The Boss is a group with 5 members (Mika, Karam, Hyunmin, Injun, Jay) and they debuted with 'Admiring boy' on March 2010. For only 1 year, they released 3 albums and had over 50 big and small concerts and successed in Japan. They are going to concentrate only on their activities in Korea for 1 month.
