[News] Tablo takes #5 spot on MTV Iggy's 20 Debut Albums

The Epik High's front man, Tablo, who recently signed contract with YG Entertaiment, proved his incredible popularity and stormed the music scene with his new albums "Fever's End Part 1 & 2".

Tablo's talent has been recognized not only in Korea, but overseas as well. After sweeping iTunes Hip Hop chart and Billboard's World Album chart, Tablo snagged another feat and claimed the fifth spot of MTV Iggy's "BEST BEGINNINGS: 2011 IN 20 DEBUT ALBUMS".

"BEST BEGINNINGS: 2011 IN 20 DEBUT ALBUMS" is a compilation of the best albums of new and upcoming musicians from all over the world and Tablo’s first album has been ranked the fifth best debut album of the year.

MTV Iggy describes Tablo's "Fever's End" as:

Korean rapper Tablo’s epic two-part solo album Fever’s End includes brooding, brainy tracks like “Home” among more upbeat R&B influenced numbers. His English-language kiss-off to the fame game, “Dear TV” is a spare, envelope-pushing standout, but the whole album consists of that kind of reflective, solid material. There’s a post-hip hop/singer-songwriter vibe throughout, but it’s the sprinkling of K-pop dust that gives this debut just the right amount of kick. Listen to the wistful single “Tomorrow” by way of introduction.
