BTOB: “We Are Excited To Meet Our Japanese Fans”
On August 1 at 6:30 PM, BTOB with label mates BEAST and 4Minute, as well as other top K-Pop major faces, including Kara, MBLAQ, and Rainbow will perform at the event titled, “NON-STOP LIVE 2012 in Sapporo,” in Sapporo, Japan.
BTOB rose to stardom in merely 4 months since their debut with their digital single titled, “Insane.”
BTOB’s leader Eunkwang told Billboard, “We are thrilled to go on such a huge stage. I’ve only heard about dome stages. My heart is already fluttering thinking about meeting our Japanese fans. To converse better with our Japanese fans, we are going to learn more Japanese!”
Member Ilhoon added, “Sungjae and I leave Twitter comments in Japanese sometimes, and even though our Japanese is not fluent, some people still find it cute!” We will go there and have fun.”
BTOB has been getting an explosive response from the international market. The boys performed at the event called, “K-Pop Night Out” in Clarke Quay, Singapore on May 24th, and also held a debut showcase in Jakarta, Indonesia on June 21st. The boys are currently participating in promotions for their special single, “Love Sick,” with Yoon Sung Eun.
