Jang Geun Suk gets in trouble due to Chinese sasaeng fans

Jang Geun Suk is struggling because of Chinese fans’ excessive behaviors.

Recently, Jang Geun Suk flew to China to host the Shanghai stop of his Asian tour “The Cri Show 2” on August 11. During a party after the concert, it seemed the singer had an issue with the sasaeng fans.

An official stated on August 14th, “A great numbers of fans gathered when Jang Geun Suk was having dinner after his concert, and the police department ordered us to break up.”

Excessive number of fans followed Jang Geun Suk to his dinner party after his concert, and the police had to show up and order them to go back. Thus, Jang Geun Suk had to go back to his hotel without being able to have his dinner.

The official continued, “Even after Jang Geun Suk left the restaurant, the fans kept following his car. It was really dangerous. We were lucky to be alive.”

Jang Geun Suk has expressed his displeasure with sasaeng fans through his Weibo account saying, “I asked them to drive safely, but they never listen to me. If there’s no safety, I won’t be able to come back to China again”

He added, “The police department keep asking me to go back as soon as possible because of safety reasons. Keep the line. If this keeps happening, I won’t be able to get concert permissions anymore, and I won’t be able to come back to China.”

Meanwhile, over 10,000 Chinese fans came to Jang Geun Suk’s concert in Shanghai, and nearly 40 major media sources came to a press interview, which was held on August 10.
