On Tuesday’s episode of KBS‘Win Win, idol star Sandara Park from 2Ne1 talked about how she was very popular back in Southeast Asia before her YG debut. Park, who debuted first in the Philippines with Star Circle Quest -a talent show- rose to fame, even being dubbed as the “BoA of the Philippines”.
When asked by the MC’s if anyone could testify to her enormous popularity, her brother Thunder from MBLAQ confirmed that she was indeed very popular. MC Kim Seong-Su then asked if he ever took advantage of her popularity and Thunder shared a story of how one of his friend’s family owned a PC cafe. His friend suggested that if Thunder could give him his sisters phone number, than he could use the cafe for free and forever.
Thunder conveyed that, “It was really tempting but I turned it down to protect my sister.” Sandara who had no knowledge of this incident, was very moved and said “You were raised well, my young bro” while patting his head affectionately. Can’t you just feel the sibling love between them?
