Former After School member, Kahi, is receiving much attention after evaluating HyunA’s dancing ability.

On the June 26th episode of MBC’s ‘Radio Star’, Kahi, Goo Joon Yup, Park Myung Soo, and Don Spike appeared as guests representing the ‘emperors of the nightlife’.

During the show, the MCs compared Kahi with 4minute’s HyunA, who are both known as top female idol dancers. When asked who is better, Kahi answered, “Even from my point of view, I think HyunA dances in a really pretty way.” However, she jokingly added, “But she still has 10 years to go in order to catch up with me.”

After the broadcast, Kahi left a comment on her Twitter saying, “HyunA, you know that I love you, right?”, clearing up any misunderstandings.

4minute’s HyunA recenty became the new muse of casual fashion brand ‘G by GUESS’ and additional photos from the summer pictorial of the brand have been released, showing off an American girl look.

The concept of the pictorial is ‘Fun Design, Sexy Style’, and HyunA is showing her lovely charms in a casual summery looks. She is wearing skinny denim pants or short pants, matched with T-shirts of different designs that highlighted her beautiful body line and abs.

After being hospitalized, HyunA shed tears after returning to the stage with fellow 4minute members.

On May 16th, 4Minute appeared on Mnet’s ‘M! Countdown’ and won double crown with “What’s Your Name?”, defeating SECRET’s “YooHoo”. After taking her time off due to high fever and dehydration, HyunA became emotional and shed tears.

4minute’s Jihyun said upon receiving the award, It’s good to become #1 for 2 weeks in a row. We’d like to share this joy with our management agency members. HyunA finally joined us back, and we feel grateful”, sharing the moment of bliss with HyunA.

Choi KangHee is a fan of 4minute’s Hyuna.

Actress Choi Kang visited KBS cool FM ‘Kim BumSoo’s Music Square’ for the promotion of her new movie which is 'Mina’s Stationery'. During her visit, she talked about her admiration for idols especially for girl group 4minute member Hyuna.

The actress revealed that she likes Hyuna most among idols and even asked the props team of her movie to ask for Hyuna's pictures which she framed and hang it on the wall of her house.

After being confined in the hospital, Hyuna has been discharged.

4Minute member Hyuna was reported to be hospitalized because of high fever on the 6th of May. After a few days of examination and staying at the hospital, she was finally discharged but advised to take a rest and not to overwork for her to get better soon. 

Cube Entertainment also announced that Hyuna will not be participating in group's promotion of their comeback track 'What's Your Name' and will not participate in all of her schedules.

For the the people especially Hyuna's fans who are worrying, the medical examination result has been revealed.

On May 9, Hyuna's agency, Cube Entertainment stated, "Hyuna underwent a basic examination instead of a detailed chek up. The result from the examination revealed that Hyuna doesn't have any serious health problems."

On May 6, Hyuna was sent to hostpital after she fainted from a  high fever that made fans worried. The agency added, "As of now, she's still has fever but we will check on her from time to time." They also revealed that they don't have any plans for Hyuna to continue her schedules until she's really fine.

Netizens who received the good news expressed, "She overworked.","It's a relief that she's ok now.","I feel good to know that she's healthy." and so on.

As of the moment, 4minute will continue promoting without Hyuna.

Due to 4Minute's tight and exhausting schedule on promoting their mini-album "Name is 4minute" with the track "What's Your Name?", Hyuna was hospitalized due to a high fever and dehydration last May 6.

In accordance with the misfortune, Cube Entertainment updated 4Minute's followers and the press people.
Cube Entertainment said that Hyuna will be excluded from the group's performances this week. 

For instance, Hyuna was not able to attend 4Minute's prerecording session for SBS Inkigayo. 

As of this moment, Hyuna's recovery is their utmost concern so expect a continuous alteration of 4Minute's schedule .

4minute members have celebrated their ‘Show Champion’ win with fellow member HyunA, who’s currently recovering at the hospital.

 On May 9, Cube Entertainment posted a photo on official Twitter and wrote, “4minute won 1st place on ‘Show Champion’! Where did they go right after? To the hospital to snap a ‘proof shot’ of the group’s 1st place!”.

4minute is currently promoting as a four-member group as HyunA is taking her time off after suffering from high fever and dehydration. They shared a snapshot of the whole group to share the moment of bliss with HyunA.

4minute’s HyunA will not be able to participate in the group’s pre-recording for their “What’s Your Name?” stage on ‘Inkigayo’.

HyunA has been hospitalized due to a high fever and dehydration. Cube Entertainment decided that she’ll be taking time off while the rest of the 4minute members pre-record on the show.

A representative said regarding HyunA’s current condition, “She got much better, but still, her well-being is the most priority. She will be going through a detailed examination.”

Regarding her future plan, he added, “Nothing was decided yet. We cannot say that she will be back right after getting out of the hospital yet. She will be taking a bit of rest first.”

Hyuna's character is contrary to her image since she said she's easily shy when she makes a mistake.

In the broadcast of KBS's 'Entertainment Weekly' on May 4th, 4minute made an appearance in the Geurilla Date segment.

During the interview, when Hyuna said: "We recently starred in 'Gag Concert-The Master of Life' the other members suddenly bursted in laughter, then it turned out that she said the name wrong, it's 'Gag Concert - The Discovery of Life'.

She then became shy and her face immediately got red and she had to use both her hands to cover her face.

Hyuna also said,"I often make mistakes, I even made mistake during live performances"

On May 6, it has been reported that 4minute’s Hyuna was sent to University General Hospital after collapsing due to a high fever. 

A representative from Cube Entertainment said, “Hyuna showed symptoms of a high fever and dehydration and eventually fainted due to exhaustion. She was immediately taken to the closest General Hospital for treatment.” All the members of 4minute were also taken to the hospital for health check.

The doctor revealed, “Hyuna fainted due to overwork. We’re still waiting for the results of the thorough medical examination.” 

4minute is currently promoting their new single “What’s Your Name?” and the tight schedule made her exhausted. 4minute's future scheduled activities will depend on Hyuna’s recover.

4minute’s sexy and charismatic member HyunA has been chosen as the no.1 cosplay idol on the most recent episode of MBC Everyone ‘Weekly Idol’ aired on May 1st.

During the episode, the guest members talked about the idol’s actual personality which is very different from what they show on stage. HyunA, who is known for her sexy image, is actually full of cute charms. They said, “Her actual personality is quite different from how she looks on stage. We think that’s why many people are so surprised by this.”

MC Jung Hyung Don also said, “HyunA that I know is a very cute girl. She is full of loveliness.”

4minute’s latest music video, “What’s Your Name?“, gain popularity not only because of its catchy music and dance but also with Hyuna’s controversial outfit.

On the music video, Hyuna wears a very short shorts over fishnet stockings and dances sexy moves. The fans have two opposing opinions. One, some found it to be ultra sexy. Second, the others found it to be trashy.

A music broadcast representative commented, “Many people all over the world have interest for K-Pop, but we should not get their attention by being too sexy. It's very important to show Korean culture, but the manner it is spread is more valuable."

Instyle has just released new pictorials featuring 4minute's Hyuna and Gayoon.

In those photos, the two girls dress in outfits with vintage pattern. The main colors of the concept are black and white. Though Hyuna and Gayoon put on simple outfits, their beauty and body shape are still stand out, thanks to their professional poses and expressions. 4MINUTE's leader Nam Jihyun is chosen by Hyuna as the prettiest in their group.

During the guesting of 4MINUTE on 'Weekly Idol Overseas Special', the girls talked about their ranking in terms of beauty. MC Jung Hyung Don asked 4MINUTE if they have received praises of becoming prettier to which Hyuna replied "4MINUTE changed a lot, we are getting prettier." showing confidence over 4MINUTE's beauty. She then continued "If I have make up on, I am the second prettiest but if I dont have, I am third." 

After revealing her rank in 4MINUTE in terms of looks, she then chose Jihyun as the prettiest saying "No need to argue about it, she is indeed pretty."
