Actress Kim Jung Eun has participated in the official soundtrack of her own KBS 2TV drama series, ‘Ohlala Couple’.

On November 7th, Kim Jung Eun, who is currently starring as Na Yeo Ok on the series, released her new single titled “Sad Meeting”. Following Wonder Girls’ Sunye and singer Sung Si Kyung, the actress stood up as the third OST singer.

A staff stated, “Kim Jung Eun showed a great will to sing it. Even though she didn’t have much time to spare, she went through practices and recordings over a very long time. All of the staffs feel grateful for her so much effort. She expressed Yeo Ok’s mid very well.”

KBS’ new drama series ‘Oohlala Couple’ has made its debut atop the Monday and Tuesday primetime ratings chart.

‘According to AGB Nielson Media Research on October 3rd, ‘Oohlala Couple’ achieved 14.5% in ratings only after two episodes, a 4.4% increase from the series premiere.

‘Oohlala Couple’ raised the roof this week by comically portraying a married couple Ahn Soon Ae (played by Kim Jung Eun) and Nam Il Seok (played by Shin Hyun Joon) finding out their souls have been switched.

Many viewers responded very positively saying, “‘Oohlala Couple’ soul change was awesome”, “They're such good actors!” and more.

Meanwhile, MBC’s ‘The Horse Healer’, which kicked off its run on Monday, earned 11.3% of the total viewers and SBS’ ‘Faith’ gained 9.7% viewer ratings.

KBS released second teaser for the upcoming Monday-Tuesday drama ‘Oolala Couple’ featuring the lead cast members Shin Hyun Joon and Kim Jung Eun.

Different from the first teaser which featured debate between husband and wife, the second teaser showed some highlight scenes from the drama.

‘Oohlala Couple’ is a family comedy that revolves around a married couple. Shin Hyun Joon plays the role of Soo Nam, who is a hotel room manager with the dreams of becoming a general manager while Kim Jung Eun is to play the role of Yeo Ok, who is to change Soo Nam’s life completely.

‘Oohlala Couple’ is a family comedy that revolves around a married couple. Shin Hyun Joon plays the role of Soo Nam, who is a hotel room manager with the dreams of becoming a general manager while Kim Jung Eun is to play the role of Yeo Ok, who is to change Soo Nam’s life completely.

The drama is the follow-up program to ‘Haeundae Lovers’ and will premiere in early October.

Actress Kim Jung Eun and actor Shin Hyun Joon of ‘Ulala Couple’ make fun of each other by revealing embarassing photos.

On September 8th, Kim Jung Eun wrote on her Twitter, “Oppa, I’m sorry I can’t protect you...it’s too much to only see this myself,” and she revealed an embarassing photo of Shin Hyun Joon. In the photo, the actor has blood all over his forehead and nose while making a rather funny expression.

Shin Hyun Joon counterattacked and tweeted on the 10th, “I’m sorry Jung Eun but I posted this picture because you really didn’t seem to like it. I’m sorry”. The actor attached some funny photos of the actress from the drama shooting.

In the photo, Kim Jung Eun is doing some wire action in mid-air with funny expressions on her face.

The two actors were filming for KBS’ upcoming drama ‘Ulala Couple’ which will premiere on October 8. Shin Hyun Joon plays the role of Soo Nam, who is a hotel room manager with the dreams of becoming a general manager while Kim Jung Eun is to play the role of Yeo Ok, who is to change Soo Nam's life completely.

KBS 2TV’s upcoming Monday-Tuesday series ‘Oohlala Couple’ had its first script reading session.

Recently, still cuts have been released featuring the crew and cast of ‘Oohlala Couple’ having their first script reading on August 27th in KBS. Actors and actresses who were in attendance include, Shin Hyun Joon, Kim Jung Eun, Han Jae Seok, Han Chae Ah, Byun Hee Bong, Choi Sung Gook, Brown Eyed Girls’ Narsha and others. Producer Lee Jung Sub also attended the event.

This day’s script reading continued within a lively atmosphere the whole time. Shin Hyun Jun’s ajumma act and Kim Jung Eun’s distasteful act made everyone laugh although it was just a reading practice. During break, Shin Hyun Jun didn’t leave his seat and discussed about the character with the producer and writer Choi Soon Sik.

As the follow-up to the current series ‘Haeundae Lovers’, ‘Oohlala Couple’ focuses on a married couple, played by actress Kim Jung Eun and actor Shin Hyun Joon, that finds themselves in a slump after getting married.

The drama will premiere on October 8th.

Kim Jung Eun is the main female lead in the currently airing drama I Am Legend. In this drama, Kim Jung Eun finally shows her great vocal and creates a rock band called Comeback Madonna.

In the latest episode of the drama, they sing a rock version of SNSD's Genie.



What do you guys think about her version? I wish to see U-kiss in this drama very soon. 5 members from U-kiss will be in this drama as Kiss Band. I don't know what episode they will be on but it looks like they will be appearing in probably where the climax is.
