Lee Min-ho will be made a dummy, a wax dummy that is, for the Shanghai branch of famed museum Madame Tussauds.

Lee’s agency announced yesterday that a crew from China and England had visited Lee in Korea to take his measurements.

About 500 pictures of facial expressions were required and Lee’s body was divided into 200 parts to get exact measurements.

“We were flooded with requests from fans for Lee,” said a Chinese representative from Madame Tussauds. “It took some six months of planning and production.”

“To get different angles for my smile, I had to have my mouth open for three hours. I thought my jaw would break off,” joked Lee. “But to think I will be immortalized is kind of awesome.”

Lee will become the second Hallyu star to be made into wax for the famed museum. The first was 2PM’s Nichkhun who is of Thai and American descent and was immortalized in wax form early this year for the museums’ Bangkok branch.

When Park Yoochun and Lee Min Ho of SBS drama “Rooftop Prince” engaged in conversation via Twitter, they accidentally revealed spoiler for the drama.

On the morning of May 21st, Park Yoochun tweeted his wishes, “Filming ‘Rooftop Prince’. Just, uhm, in Seoul. I’m recently always excited and choked with emotions for the overflowing love that you all are sending to me. I’ll always live with what I feel now. I hope everyone has a great week.”

Then, he tweeted a cute and full of coquetry message, “The weather is so nice. I want to go out to play.” And also he also uploaded a photo he took at the beach.

Reading Park Yoochun’s tweets, Lee Min Ho replied, “Brother, you actually stayed up all night. Please keep your composure.” The subsequent conversation hinted the spoiler on what would happen in the last episodes of the drama.

Park Yoo Chun said, “I’m sorry, Man Bo (Lee Min Ho). Are you still in the Hanyang of 2012 (now Seoul)? I heard Chi San has gone back to Joseon,” revealing that Do Chi (Choi Woo Shik) has returned to Joseon Dynasty from modern era. Lee Min Ho answered, “Your Majesty, there is not much time left. Is here Hanyang?”

SBS drama “Rooftop Prince” has only 2 episodes remaining. The signal for Crown Prince (Park Yoochun) and the trio to return to Joseon Dynasty, their bodies turned transparent, is getting stronger, hinting on the separation with Park Ha (Han Ji Min).

Form the conversation of Park Yoochun and Lee Min Ho, it’s reckoned that the henchmen trio would return to Joseon Dynasty first prior to Crown Prince Lee Gak.

Netizens said, “Although knowing it will happen, but I’m sad whenever thinking they’re going back to Joseon Dynasty,” “Can’t just send Yong Tae Yong to Joseon Dynasty, and keep Lee Gak to live in modern era?” “Ending this week, what fun could i have in future?” and so on.

Rooftop Prince airs the final episode 20 on May 24th, 2012.

Despite the fact that Lee Min Ho’s hit SBS drama “City Hunter” has been aired in Japan on terrestrial networks from March, the show is set to be broadcasted again, but this time through cable TV.

From May 29, the action drama from last year will be shown on BS Fuji, testifying to the fame of the hallyu actor in Japan. The drama, renamed “City Hunter in Seoul” for Japanese release, just finished airing not long ago there.

“Just as ‘City Hunter’ came to an end, they started broadcasting Lee’s other drama, ‘Personal Taste,’ on TBS. Since then, Lee’s popularity has skyrocketed,” said an entertainment insider from Japan.

Away from the brown box too, Lee seems unstoppable as various media and fashion outlets want a juicy piece of the young Korean actor.

In China too, Lee’s fame knows no bounds. Back in April, in the runup to an appearance at a Chinese clothing store, Lee had to forego the event for security reasons as a thousands-strong crowd gathered to get a glimpse of the star.

In Korea, fans are holding their breath until August, when “Faith,” Lee’s next project, will air on SBS. Lee will work with actress Kim Hee-sun on the drama.

Actor Lee Min Ho once again proved his unparalled popularity in China, causing a website’s servers to crashed down.

Lee Min Ho currently has an endorsement deal with the cosmetic brand, innisfree as its international model. Ahead of the launch of its brand in China at the end of April, a short, user-interactive movie “First Love” was released as a part of innisfree’s digital marketing strategy.

With so many fans trying to connect to the site, the servers were brought down several times, proving Lee Min Ho’s popularity is too much for the website to handle.

A member of innisfree said, “Though we increased our server capacity, it seems at the same time there were many fans who accessed the site multiple times leading to the crash.”

The 4 minute and 30 second long video is about Lee Min Ho missing his first love. The user can input in their picture and name in order to become the female protagonist and thus Lee Min Ho’s first love. At the end of the story the user can choose either “Yes” or “No” to see different endings.
