FT Island's Jonghun and Big Bang's Seungri showed off their close friendship.

On March 6th, Jonghun updated his twitter,"Me eating with Seungri on my birthday..:(kk thank you~ you who spiked your hair for my birthday…Is it your birthday today.." along with a photo. Jonghun was wearing a black cap, Seungri was seating beside him while holding a chopstick. Both of them were looking straight at the camera and smiling.

Fans commented,"Happy birthday Jonghun!","Seungri long time no see","They look close"

The November issue of fashion magazine Elle Girl features an interesting band/idol group member and that is FT Island's Choi Jong Hoon. FT Island's leader and lead guitarist shows off his abs for the fashion magazine, a sight that is rarely seen for the guy.

Choi Jong Hoon shows off his muscular body showing off his well toned body. Although muscularity is not something you'd expect from a band member, Choi Jong Hoon exudes his own unique charisma and aside from being muscular he still shows off a gentle charm. His agency shared an interesting fact about Choi Jong Hoon. Aside from being occupied by his music being music composer, lyricist, guitarist, he also spends time exercising. Also, he is receiving a lot of love calls to appear on drama's movies and parties.

On Aug 28, 2011 FTisland's leader Choi Jonghun posted on his twitter:

"FtGtJH 나란놈 쉬는게 어울리지않다….스케줄없고 악기 손에서 놓는날은…아무생각없이 쉴수있지만 왜 불안하지? 뭔가 계속일을해야될꺼같다. 생각을 해보니 “직업병”인거같다..슬프다…쉬고있어도 불안한이기분.."

 

 "Translation: A guy like me doesn’t suit resting…. Days when we have no schedule and taking my hands off from the instruments… Why do I feel so insecure even though I can rest without having any thoughts? Seems that I have to continue to work somehow. I think it’s an “occupational disease”.. So sad… The feeling of insecurity even though I’m resting.."

 

After  2 hours Jaejin replied to Jonghun:

FT Island member Lee Hongki revealed on his twitter that Choi Jonghun will be casted together with Jang Geunsuk and Kim Haneul, for the movie “You’re My Pet."

With reference to an earlier tweet on the movie “You’re My Pet,” Lee Hongki commented that, “Jonghun will appear too!” This will be Choi Jonghun’s first time in acting.

This is yet another great piece of news for the fans, following an earlier announcement that Lee Hongki will be casted in a Japanese drama. Lee Hongki will be pairing up with Japanese actress, Ichikawa Yui, for the drama “Muscle Girl."

Lee Hongki debuted as a child actor and has gained lots of popularity with his role of Jeremy in the SBS drama “You’re Beautiful." He will be the second Korean artist to be casted in a Japanese drama, following JYJ member, Kim Jaejoong. FT Island will also be singing the OST for this new Japanese drama.
