YG Entertainment recently confirmed that Psy has invited Yoo Jae Suk, Noh Hong Chul, HaHa and Brown Eyed Girls’ Ga In to his new music video for his upcoming song “Gentleman”. The agency further revealed that the cast of MBC’s ‘Infinity Challenge’ has been recruited as well.

A representative announced, All seven members of ‘Infinity Challenge’ including Yoo Jae Suk, Noh Hong Chul, Park Myung Soo, Jung Junha, Jung Hyungdon, HaHa and Gil will feature in Psy’s new music video. The filming will take place in spots throughout Seoul for three days starting April 7th.

Meanwhile, Psy’s “Gentleman” will be first shown to the public at his concert ‘HAPPENING’. It is expected to be big and various guests will be on stage to enjoy 50,000 fans at Seoul World Cup Stadium.

The much-loved “nation’s MC” Yoo Jae Suk recently discussed his merits and demerits.

On March 16th installment of MBC ‘Infinity Challenge’, the members’ stress levels were examined by professional psychiatrists.

During an awareness test, Yoo Jae Suk was asked to reveal his strengths and weaknesses. For his shortcomings, he said, “I have an indecisive character”. He continued, “I always make suggestions so that everybody can do a better job, but others take it as nagging. Some of the members of ‘Infinity Challenge’ feel that I am harassing them.”

In this episode, Yoo Jae Suk also chose Jung Joon Ha as the member who feels the most irritated for his suggestions.

‘Infinity Challenge’ voted as the most favorite TV show

MBC’s popular variety program, ‘Infinity Challenge’, has been voted as the most favorite TV show by Korean viewers.

‘Gallup Korea’ conducted an online poll from January 28th through February 1st, asking viewers in their 20s what their favorite TV program is these days. ‘Infinity Challenge’ came on top with 12.3% of votes, demonstrating its incredible popularity.

KBS 2TV drama ‘My Daughter, Seo Young’ followed with 10.6% of votes, ‘1 Night 2 Days’ received 9.2%, MBC ‘Horse Doctor’ received 7.4%, and ‘Running Man’ and ‘Gag Concert’ received 6.6% and 5.7% of votes respectively.

‘Infinity Challenge’ team recently sent flower wreath with witty message to actor So Ji Sub.

On October 9th, flower wreath from MBC’s ‘Infinity Challenge’ team was displayed during the VIP Premiere of So Ji Sub’s new movie ‘The Company Man’, which took place MegaBox GOEX.

The wreath included the witty message saying, “Mr. So! Don’t you have any plan to join Infinity Company? From Infinity Company personnels.”

So Ji Sub is a well known close friend of Jung Jun Ha and Yoo Jae Suk and he once made a special appearance on Infinity Challenge’ last year.

The cast and crew of MBC’s ‘Infinity Challenge’ and SBS’ ‘Running Man’ have cancelled its recording for the week to wait for LeeSSang’s return to the programs.

LeeSSang’s Gary and Gil announced their hiatus from variety shows to take the responsibility for ‘Super 7 Concert’ cancellation. The producers of the two of the country’s most popular shows cancelled its recording to reach out to LeeSSang in the hopes of convincing them to return.

A staff of ‘Running Man’ stated, “After thinking about it, the recordings for the 24th and 25th were canceled. It won't have a big effect on the broadcast.”

However, despite the efforts of both shows, there seems to be no word yet on if there has been any success in changing the LeeSsang members’ minds.

Comedian Jung Joon-ha, a regular of ‘Infinity Challenge’ posted his prayer on his Twitter and changed his profile picture to the one taken with Gil. HaHa also wrote, “It was a painful week…I’ll appreciate for your support and encouragement for us to be who we are, like Joon-ha said. There’s no point if we are not together!”

Cast members of MBC’s variety program ‘Infinity Challenge’ have announced to hold a concert this coming November.

Titled ‘Infinity Challenge Concert Super 7’, the concert will be taking place on November 24th and 25th at the Seoul Olympic Stadium and tickets will open on September 26. It is reported that LeeSsang Company will host and direct the upcoming concert alone, and has no relevance to the broadcaster, MBC.

On September 13th, LeeSsang Company posted a teaser video and a poster for ‘Super 7’ concert. The revealed teaser clip begins with comedian Park Myung Soo yelling at other members before kicking chairs and turning the table as he protests doing a concert.

It also shows the ‘Infinity Challenge’ members hard at work in a rehearsal room, practicing choreography for the concert.

G-Dragon is confirmed through YG Entertainment to appear on the popular variety show MBC "Infinity Challenge".

This will be the third appearance of G-Dragon on the show and fans are excited even if no confirmed date has been revealed yet. G-Dragon's tandem with Park Myung Soo in the previous episodes was such a hit, fans are expecting a comeback of the two on the show.

Meanwhile, G-Dragon is set to release his new album this coming 15th of September.

Korea's National MC Yoo Jae Suk finally revealed that he bought himself a nice and sparkly new smartphone. On the latest episode of MBC "Infinite Challenge", Yoo Jae Suk revealed that he bought a new phone and even showed it off, looks like he has finally joined the new generation of Smartphone users.

In prior news, Yoo Jae Suk revealed that despite the popularity of smart phones and how it has become a common gadget among citizens nowadays, he still stuck himself with the classic 2G phones that were primarily used for communication only. Finally, he decided to join the new age and bought himself a smart phone, however his fellow Infinity Challenge members teased him that he did not know how to use it. Yoo Jae Suk answered, "I just stare at it sometimes". Perhaps it takes time to learn but now Yoo Jae Suk has joined the new generation of smart phones.

Singer-turned-TV personality and regular fixture on “Infinity Challenge” Ha Ha has confessed that he experiences insomnia every night before the day of shooting for the hit show.

On an episode of KBS 2TV’s “Win Win,” the entertainer said that for the past seven years, he tosses and turns on Wednesday night as his body senses that Thursday, recording day for “Infinite Challenge,” was around the corner.

“You know for the viewers, it’s 90 minutes of fun, but for the cast and crew it’s 18 hours of nonstop filming. Wednesday is the night I don’t sleep, and at first I thought it was just me, but other members have confessed they suffer from insomnia the night before,” Ha Ha said.

“Don’t get me wrong, it’s a lot of fun filming, but it’s a lot of mental stress to be in character mode for such a long time. And as soon as the camera’s zoomed out on you, it’s a constant battle among the contestants to see who can be the funniest to make it on the screen.”

Meanwhile, “Infinity Challenge” has been off the air for the past 10 weeks as a result of TV networks’ strike which began in late January, with MBC taking the first stand against biased reporting.

MBC’s ‘Infinity Challenge’, which has been off the air for 9 weeks because of the MBC labor union strike, has comeback with a special video for the fans. The 20-minute video marks the first time the cast has appeared together since the show went off the air following a network strike that began on Jan. 30.

The video, “Infinity Challenge, Infinite News Special,” was uploaded to the network’s YouTube channel and features all seven cast members.

In the video, the cast gushes its enthusiasm at being reunited after more than 10 weeks. Cast member and singer Ha Ha also took a moment to mention that he has a new album out that he’s been unable to promote because of the strike.

MBC said the show was recorded on March 30 and that the cast waived their appearance fees.

“I don’t want to call it ‘The Strike Special’ - that’s too much. Let’s just call it a ‘short greeting’ episode,” said Kim Tae Ho, the program director.

Comedian Jung Jun Ha of MBC’s “Infinity Challenge” has announced that he will wed amid an upswing in media speculation about his love life.

Jung held a press conference at a Japanese restaurant he owns to make it official that he will marry his Korean-Japanese girlfriend of four years. He said he hoped the confirmation would prompt the media to leave him in peace so that he could film the next edition of “Infinity Challenge.”

It has been known since 2009 that Jung is in a relationship with a flight attendant who is 10 years his junior, but a local news channel recently speculated that the two would wed soon, promoting the media ruckus.

This year, on various programs, Jung made it clear that he wanted to wed this year but held back from making any specific plans public. He also received the bouquet at the wedding of fellow entertainer Hyeun Young back in March in what was apparently a sign of things to come.

MBC Entertainment program "Infinity Challenge" has achieved an all kill for viewer rating. On the 7th of January broadcast of their show, they received 20.6% viewer rating from AGB media research. That is their highest viewer rating since 2008 when their September 20, 2008 episode achieved a 20.1% viewer rating.

The show has been a hit since and received the highest viewer rating compared to its competitors. A special episode was held where they ranked the best parodies they did on the show.

Meanwhile, other shows from other networks on the same time from SBS and KBS received 11.9% and 7.9% viewer rating respectively.

2NE1′s Park Bom’s appearance on Infinity Challenge with ‘‘Team GG” has become a hot topic. This weeks broadcast included the ‘‘West Coast High Way Festival 2011” where teams teamed up for a spectacular performance.

”Team GG” which includes G-Dragon and Park MyungSoo showed up with a spectacular stage with an exciting hip-hop song. In particular 2NE1′s Park Bom supported their stage, by singing the two catchy choruses bringing the finishing touch to the song making the crowd even more excited with their loud cheers.

When the performance finished, they held a short interview with Team GG and Park Bom. ”She’s our team’s hidden card” G-Dragon answered when asked about Bom which to Bom replied ”I wasn’t even allowed to go to the restroom cause of this secret!” causing alot of laughter at the show.

After the broadcast, netizens quickly went online to share their personal opinions on the exciting stage. ”Team GG” delivered. Comments such as ”Bom is the best!” ”Team GG’s song is very good, fun song!” ”Bom, we really love your voice” ”This was an exciting stage!” showing alot of different reactions.

On the other hand ‘‘Infinity Challenge’s West Coast Highway Award” will give the winner an opportunity to be included on the cover of the festival’s CD release which includes all the songs that we’re performed.

In Infinity Challenge 's 'West Coast Highway Festival', Park Myung So speaks highly of 'I'm having an affair'.

The gagman Park Myung So's praises to the song 'I'm having an affair' has drawn people's attention to the background of making the song.

'I'm having an affair' is the song created by Big Bang's G-Dragon. It is the project made by the two people in order to promote 'Infinity Challenge's West Coast Highway Festival'. They have become best friends when they were doing the project.

On 18th, the episode was aired and their preparation for the festival was shown. The two were found preparing in a room and on that day, G-Dragon's 'I'm having an affair' was revealed.

Park Myung So visited the studio to meet G-Dragon and when he listened to the self-composed song 'I'm having an affair' by G-Dragon, he really has praised the song a lot.

After listening to G-Dragon's 'I'm having an affair' ,he said, 'I asked you to make a more popular song but you have made a perfect one.It is scary to listen to G- Dragon's songs since his masterpieces will come in by a double extent when you just ask for one.' After hearing it, G-Dragon has indeed bursted into laughters.

He further elaborated, 'Hyun's mindset and range of making music has been broadened after working with you.'

The PD of Infinity Challenge, Kim Tae-ho shared about what he feels after shooting ‘West Coast Highway Festival’ which attracts attention .

At 6 am of 10th, PD Kim Tae-ho tweeted a long message on his twitter account to share his feelings.

Kim PD said, ’ the music is enjoyable. Infinity Challenge started to name this festival as ’West Coast Highway Festival’, therefore, we wanted to have a joyful day marked in the 7 years’ history of Infinity Challenge. G- Dragon and 10 cm were performing on the same stage. They did not compete with but respect each other.’

He further elaborated, ‘In fact, I do not know how it will be broadcasted. During the 6-week music journey that we have been,we know the personality of Jung Jae-hyun hyun more,there is also Lee Juck hyun who loves music as much as comedies, Sweet Sorrow (a boy group) who tried to repay a bigger debt (since they sang the OST of a korean drama named ‘War of Money’), PSY hyun taught us about what passion is, we also rediscovered the diva of the Republic of Korea, Bada, we are bounded to love 10cm from Hongik University who love to perform freely and there is also the maknae, G-Dragon whom we cannot help loving. I am really really grateful. ‘

‘Thanks to this event of Infinity Challenge, both the programme and the members have been surprised. Oh, it is enjoyable.’ Then, he thanked the singers who have participated in this event.

He added, ‘after two years, I have been wondering how should the song festival go on? Would it be the end at this moment? The changing of the partners made me think of this question again. I am not sure whether I have thought about the fate of the programme correctly or not. “What has happened to me?”In fact, I have not been able to discard this thought before. Thank you.
