KARA’s Seungyeon and 2AM’s Jinwoon will be lending their voices for Hollywood animated film, ‘Epic’.

The two idols will dub the Korean version of the animated fantasy film which will hit Korean theaters on August 7. Seungyeon will be taking on the role of Mary Katherine (MK) while Jinwoon will act the voice of male leading role Nod, the rebellious warrior of a sacred wood.

Seungyeon commented, “I normally like animations so I took this opportunity”. Jinwoon also shared, “This is my first time dubbing for an animated film, so it was difficult at first. But it was fun and interesting experience.”

2AM’s Jinwoon recently shared a photo of himself in a recording studio on his Twitter saying, “Though I can’t sing it for you all. I will slowly!”

He added, “Soon at the upcoming festival.. Everyone will be able to listen to the new song from Jung Jinwoon band..keke Please look forward to it keke summer rock n roll!!!!!”

Jinwoon likes to write songs time to time and he stops by at the recording studio during his break from busy schedules. Recently, he released collaborative single titled “Words I Couldn’t Say” with Star Love Fish for the upcoming ‘Strawberry X-treme Festival’.

‘Strawberry X-treme Festival’ will be held at UNIQLO-AX Hall in Seoul from June 13 to 16. Jinwoon will be performing on June 13.

2AM’s Jinwoon and Star Love Fish are the next artists to release a special single for the upcoming ‘Strawberry X-treme Festival’.

On May 16th, Jinwoon and Star Love Fish released their collaborative single titled “Words I Couldn’t Say” for the rock festival to be held in June this year.

‘Strawberry X-treme Festival’ is a music concert that features various genres from rock to hip hop and acoustic. This year, performers also include Deli Spice, Broccoli Even You, No Brain, Pia, Baek Ji Young, MC Sniper and more.

In the latest episode of MBC's 'We Got Married' broadcasted on May 11th, SHINee's Key joined MBLAQ's Mir, KARA's Nicole and Go Jun Hee to prepare a surprise birthday party for Jinwoon

Key suddenly took out a feet deodorizer from his bag, and said, "This is the birthday present for Jin Woon. His feet smell really bad."

While Nicole nodded in agreement, Mir was surprised that he didn't even know and Go Jun Hee, who was not aware of the fact was pretty shocked.

Key said, "Was I not supposed to tell this?", he added, "I even told this to Jin Woon himself."

In addition, Key also shared some funny things about Jinwoon which made their dialogue so interesting.

SHINee’s Taemin and 2AM's Jin woon were spotted wearing the shirts with same design.

Tae Min appeared in MBC's ‘We Got Married’ in recent episode with a casual patterned shirt that made him look very romantic. He mixed it with a white T-shirt inside.

Meanwhile, 2AM's Jinwoon looks more gentle and mature in the same designed shirt on the stage of KBS's ‘Music Bank.’

2AM’s Jinwoon shed tears as he revealed that he was almost cut from the group.

Jinwoon and Jo Kwon appeared as guests on the April 11th episode of KBS 2TV’s ‘Happy Together 3’ while introducing the “musics with special stories”, Jinwoon was moved to tears.

He shared emotionally, “After I was confirmed as a member of 2AM, I was recording the first song of the first album. However, Park Jin Young told me to return to being a trainee because he wasn't satisfied with my voice. teared up when I heard his cold words.”

However, he also said that he was highly praised by Park Jin Young when he sang the song again, without a non-possessive mind, after receiving a call from the company the next day.

2AM’s Jinwoon has shared his thoughts on becoming the newest host for KBS weekly music program, ‘Music Bank’.

On April 4th, Jinwoon attended the ‘2013 KVS TV Radio Spring Change Conference’ which was held at the KBS International Conference Hall and showed his expectation toward being the MC.

He expressed his excitement saying, “I think it’s going to be fun to host the show as a singer, and I’m delighted that I get a chance to see many girl group members so close.”

Regarding on working with actress Park Se Young, Jinwoon said, “We are going to meet before the live broadcast and talk. I think we are going to be able to show even more enjoyable entertainment than other music programs.”

Jinwoon and Park Se Young will be taking over ‘Music Bank’ starting April 12th.

2AM’s Jinwoon and actress Park Se Young have been confirmed to be the newest hosts for KBS weekly music program, ‘Music Bank’. The two will be filling up the positions of Lee Jang Woo and After School’s UEE starting April 12th.

Park Se Young’s agency SALT Entertainment stated, “Park Se Young will be becoming an MC for the first time, and she is showing a great passion. She is very excited to become a MC and promised to do her best.”

Jinwoon’s camp also said, “Jinwoon will be meeting up with many viewers as host and he is looking forward to make a lot of special memories.”

Meanwhile, existing MC Lee Jang Woo will be joined with Kang Min Kyung of Davichi on his final broadcast.

Go Joon Hee showed her excitement when she met B1A4's Baro.

In the broadcast of MBC's "We Got Married" on March 16th, Go Joon Hee and 2AM's Jinwoon starred in a radio show together, and B1A4's Baro made a surprise visit at the studio.

As everyone knew that Go Joon Hee is a big fan of Baro ,so upon seeing his appearance, she couldn't hide her bright smile, and she was so happy when she received the signed CD from Baro.

Later Jinwoon was asked about his thought at that time, he said,"She's was fan since debut so I knew that she was happy when she met him, but at that time I thought I was a senior rather than her husband. Next time let's me meet up with a surprise female guest, I'm curious about how she will react"

Seulong is 28 years older than Jinwoon according to a computer program in MBC’s ‘Blind Test Show 180 Degrees’. Seulong is actually 27, but recognized as 44; while Jinwoon is 23, the youngest in 2AM, but estimated as 16.

The result drew a defensive reaction from Seulong, “That’s a fib.”

They appeared in that show as special guests together with Sung Dae Hyun last February 26.

Actress Go Junhee expresses her admiration towards B1A4's Baro.

On the February 16th episode of 'We Got Married 4', Go Junhee and Jung Jinwoon's first meeting was broadcasted.

The actress revealed that she often watches music programs. She added that the singers are great and confesses that she likes idols too.

While talking about idols, Junhee asks Jinwoon, "Do you know B1A4?". At this point, she couldn't help but giggle. She explained that she likes Baro a lot among the members, making Jinwoon depressed.

Following the tragic news of Ulala Session leader Lim Youn Taek’s death, several celebrities expressed their sorrows through their SNS accounts.

Yoon Jong Shin, who was a judge for ‘Superstar K3’ posted on his Twitter, “Yoon Taek… I never gave you anything, but I just learned so many things from you. I could not keep in touch recently… Goodbye, and thank you.”

‘Superstar K2’ winner, Huh Gak posted, “Lim Yoon Taek hyung, God will protect you in a place where there is no pain. My condolences to you” while Tiger JK wrote, “Rest In Peace.” Simon D also tweeted, “Rest in peace, Mr. Lim. I hope you will sing and dance as much as you want in heaven.”

2AM members also offered their condolences with Jo Kwon posting, “I won’t forget your passion on stage. Rest in peace. My condolences to Lim Yoon Taek, who was a beautiful performer.” Seulong tweeted, “I’ve never met you and I don’t really know you but after hearing this news, my heart aches so much. My condolences to you.” and lastly Jinwoon tweeted, “I will never forget… You really gifted everyone with beauty… My condolences to you.”

Other celebrities and netizens are also pouring out their condolences to the singer.

Lim Yoon Taek, who has been suffering from stomach cancer for a long time, died on February 11th at 8:40 PM.

It has been announced that 2AM’s Jinwoon and actress Go Jun Hee will be the newest couple on MBC’s ‘We Got Married’. The couple will have the biggest age gap in the history of the show with six years between them.

Go Jun Hee’s agency J-wide Company stated, “They finished their first filming on February 3. Only a few staff members were allowed to participate in the filming so we don’t know the specific details.”

A production staff for ‘We Got Married’ revealed, “We have chosen the latest hot actress Go Jun Hee and witty Jinwoon as the new couple to follow after Lee Joon and Oh Yeon Seo.”

The first episode will air on February 9.

A pre-debut photo of 2AM’s Jinwoon and Big Star’s FeelDog is becoming hot issue online.

Recently, a couple of photos titled ‘2AM’s Jinwoon and Big Star’s FeelDog before debut?’ were uploaded on an online community board.

The adorable photos displayed the close friendship between the two idols. Especially, the photos are garnering interest for FeelDog and Jinwoon’s comic faces and youthful looks.

2AM’s Jung Jinwoon has revealed he battled with depression in the past.

On the September 16th broadcast of SBS ‘The Law of Jungle in Madagascar’, cast member Jinwoon sat down for an interview and confessed that he struggled from a depression a couple years ago.

He shared, “I fell into a slump 2 to 3 years ago after coming back from our America tour. I couldn’t sleep, and I felt very depressed for a month. I just wanted to stay alone.”

Jinwoon then revealed that he overcame his depression through music saying, “I won the depression through music. I really want to write another song when I get back from jungle.”

Furthermore, Jinwoon started singing a song that he wrote, “You Are Too Bright”, with his guitar.

On July 19th, 2AM’s Jung JinWoon revealed the gift he received from Seohyun as he tweeted from his personal Twitter account, “Ah.. she is really the best friend that I have” and attached a photo of the gift he received from the Girls’ Generation maknae.



In the photo, there was a birthday card made by Seohyun herself and a box of health supplements. On the card, Seohyun’s message to JinWoon read, “My dear friend JinWoon-ah. Take care of your health and have a safe journey to the jungle. I’m cheering you on for the risky adventure you’re embarking on. Jung JinWoon! Fighting ~ Seohyun.”

The gift is a sign of support from Seohyun to JinWoon who will be making a journey to the jungle in SBS ‘Law of The Jungle 2′. Jung JinWoon will be joining Kim ByungMan and the cast of the show as they embark on a journey to Madagascar for a 3-week filming starting July 20th.

2AM’s Jinwoon has posted a photo of fellow member Seulong’s humorous apology.

On the afternoons of July 18, Jinwoon tweeted: “Kekekeke,” and attached the photo above. In the photo, Seulong is sitting on the sofa with a notebook on his lap. What caught everyone’s attention was the big bold print on his shirt that read, “I’m sorry for being handsome!”

2AM’s Jo Kwon bursted into tears when his fellow member Jinwoon made a surprise appearance on SBS ‘Strong Heart’.

In the July 10 episode of ‘Strong Heart’, Jo Kwon remarked, “I’ve spent four years with the 2AM members but I’ve never once fought with them.” He added, “However, I have been very disappointed in them before”, poking at the viewers’ curiosity.

He explained, “I worked on filming the music video overnight for almost 3 days but the members didn’t come over at all. Wooyoung shot a music video too so I asked him and he said all the 2PM members came over. It hurt even more to know that.”

Jo Kwon continued, “I even sent a text message to them but no one came.”

At this, MC Boom announced that he had a surprise for the singer. He asked Jo Kwon who he wanted to see the most, to which Jo Kwon answered, “I wish I could see the 2AM members.”

Suddenly fellow 2AM member Jinwoon made a surprise appearance with flowers in his hands and Jo Kwon immediately broke down into tears.

Jo Kwon said, “It was so difficult preparing for my solo album but I’m so thankful Jinwoon came.”
