Yoo Jae Suk and Shin Bora have been chosen as the most popular comedians.

Research firm Leespiar conducted a poll asking 1,332 men and women 13-64 years old across Korea about the most popular stars. The nation’s MC, Yoo Jae Suk, came in first in the men’s category with 42.3%. Kim Jun Hyun was in second with 13.4%. Huh Kyung Hwan, Kang Ho Dong, Lee Kyung Kyu, Kim Byung Man, Lee Soo Geun, Kim Jun Ho, Shin Dong Yup, and Kim Gi Ri also ranked high on the list.

As for the women, Shin Bora dominated with 27% of the votes, followed by Park Mi Sun with 21.7%. Shin Bong Sun, Park Ji Sun and more were next in line.

The same survey yielded results stating Cho In Sung and Song Hye Gyo, both co-starring in the drama ‘Wind Blows In The Winter’, as the most popular actor and actress. The most popular artists were picked as Lee Seung Gi and Girls’ Generation.

Comedian Kim Gi Ri and comedienne Shin Bora from the popular show ‘Gag Concert’ have gone public with their relationship.

Both of their respective agencies revealed that the two developed feelings for each other while working together for more than two years on the KBS comedy program.

Kim Gi Ri and Shin Bora both debuted as KBS comedians in 2010 and worked together on the popular segment “Discoveries in Life.” Both of them admitted to becoming closer as they worked together and finally decide to go out with each other since last December.

Shin Bora is really the luckiest girl.

In the broadcast of KBS's "Gag Concert" on March 10th, during the "Discovery of Life" segment, SHINee made a guest appearance as Shin Bora' boyfriends on the show. They sang "Noona Is So Pretty" on the show and said,"Noona is Shin Bora". Later they even performed their newest song "Dream Girl" and said,"Shin Bora is our dream girl", made everyone especially female audiences feel jealous over Shin Bora.

There was a part when the members acted like the were fighting over the her, and she even got hugs from all the members.

Netizens after watching the broadcast commented,"So envy with Shin Bora","SHINee is so handsome","She must be really happy", and so on

YMC Entertainment revealed that comedienne Shin Bora has been appointed as the Goodwill Ambassador for World Vision, an international relief and advocacy organization.

During the appointment ceremony held at 11 AM on February 14 at the World Vision Korea office in Yoido, Seoul, Shin Bora said “I am a person with many defects, but many people have loved me regardless. From now on I would like to help others through World Vision.”

Shin Bora has performed in the “Discovery of Life” and “Brave Guys” corners of KBS 2TV’s “Gag Concert”. She has donated her entire income from the album by Brave Guys and her CCM album, which were recently released.

Baechigi, who’s enjoying much success with latest single, is getting some help from comedian Shin Bora.

After performing with power vocalist Ailee last week, Baechigi will be collaborating with Shin Bora during the February 1st broadcast of KBS 2TV ‘Music Bank’. Shin Bora will stand on stage with the duo for a special collaboration performance of “Shower of Tears”.

“Shower of Tears” has been resonating well with the public as it topped online music charts as well as won first place in the recent episode of ‘M! Countdown.’

Shin Bora remarked, “I’m very glad to make such a special performance. I feel a lot of pressure because Ailee and Yang Ji Won showed such wonderful performances, but I will do my best.”

Ailee and Shin Bora recetly took a photo together.

On December 11, Ailee and Shin Bora’s agency YMC Entertainment released a photo of the two singers through SNS. The photo was taken at their recent filming for a commercial for the Korail KTX.

In the uploaded photos, Ailee and Shin Bora are giving the camera similar friendly smiles. The girls are gaining quite a lot of interest due to their similar facial features making them look almost like sisters.

Comedienne Shin Bora told the public that Lee Seung Gi only likes pretty girls.

On the most recent episode of KBS 2TV ‘Gag Concert-Brave Guys’, Shin Bora mentioned singer Lee Seung Gi who appeared as a guest on the show just the week before. She said, “Lee Seung Gi was so well mannered, and he took photos with every female comedians.”

She then brought up one picture that was taken of Lee Seung Gi and comedienne Kim Ji Min which showed Lee Seung Gi having his arm around Kim Ji Min’s shoulder. However, in the photo he took with Oh Nami, he stood a bit of distance away from her. Oh Nami looked very happy whereas Lee Seung Gi was more reserved.

Shin Bora then shouted, “Lee Seung Gi discriminates based on a woman’s face!”, evoking much laughter to the studio.

Singer and comedian Shin Bora showed her vocal talent once again by releasing her latest single, which is a remake of Lee Jae Hoon’s hit song “I Love You”.

Released online on November 22, Shin Bora’s “I Love You” will be part of the CCM album, ‘This Love’. The song will the album’s second single release following the first single which featured the vocals of talented The One.

The full ‘This Love’ album will be released next month.

From 2 years of break, Psy is finally coming back with his 6th album ‘Psy’s Best Sixth’. After releasing two teasers, the singer unveiled the third video teaser for his upcoming title track, “Gangnam Style”.

The third teaser features various artists including 2NE1, Big Bang, T-ara, Jung Hyung Don, Ha Ji Won, Cha Seung Won and more.

“Gangnam Style” is composed solely by Psy himself from lyrics to choreography. The song is characterized by its strongly addictive beats and lyrics, and is thus certain to penetrate the foundations of modern philosophy.

Comedian Shin Bora, who is famous for her humorously disses against celebrities on Gag Concert, recently made fun of Girls’ Generation’s unit group, TaeTiSeo.

On the May 20th broadcast of KBS‘s ‘Gag Concert’, Shin Bora appeared on the skits, “Brave Bastards” and complained, “The name TaeTiSeo, created by taking the first part of Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun. It’s lame!”

She continued, “Then shouldn’t 2NE1’s Gong Minzy, Sandara Park, Park Bom and CL be ‘Gong San Park C?’” Suddenly she stated, “Everyone, Gong San Park C is saying ‘I Am the Best’!”

The concept of “Brave Bastards” is to make fun of other celebrities or things going on in society. They humorously diss each week to show their bravery.

On the night of the 4th Kim Jaejoong posted on his twitter “If the gag woman Shin Bora debuts as a singer, I will certainly buy her album to listen to”
New articles have recently come out showing Shin Bora’s appearance on the “Brave Boys” segment on KBS2′s “Gag Concert” show. In this corner Shin Bora and her comedic partner Jung TaeHo put on performances singing songs in a humorous and satirical manner.
Shin Bora has also showed her remarkable singing skills before on KBS2′s “Happy Sunday” segment “Qualification of Men” in which she took the stage with the Heritage Mass Choir and sang the soprano parts as well as the harmonies.
Netizens have reacted to Jaejoong’s tweet by saying things such as “Kim Jaejoong must really enjoy the songs sung by Shin Bora”, “Kim Jaejoong and Shin Bora should do a duet with their singing skills”, and “it’s fun that even Jaejoong watches Gag Concert”.
