YG Entertainment’s Yang Hyun Suk revealed his thoughts regarding Lee Hi’s first concert.

Lee Hi held her first ever concert ‘RE-HI’ in front of 500 fans at Seoul Seokang University’s Merry Hall. She not only sung her own songs, but also presented other artists’ songs, which she had sung before when she was completing in ‘K-Pop Star’.

During the concert, Lee Hi joked, “CEO Yang never gave me a perfect score of 100.” When Yang Hyun Suk was asked by a media outlet what score would he give to the singer’s concert, he answered, “I once gave Park Ji Min 100 points on ‘K-Pop Star’, but never to Lee Hi.”

He then rated the concert, “If I had to give a score, I’d say that this concert would be around 80 points.”

After the grand finale, SBS ‘K-Pop Star’ is preparing a special episode, ‘K-Pop Star Dream Stage’ which will feature special collaboration performances from season 1 finalists Park Ji Min, Lee Hi and Baek Ah Yeon, and other contestants from season 2.

Lee Hi, the runner-up of the first season ‘K-Pop Star’, will be collaborating with male duo 2000 won of the second season for a cover of Rihanna and Eminem’s “Love the Way You Lie”. ‘K-Pop Star 2’ runner-up Bang Ye Dam will be performing with Lee Seung Hoon, who made it to Top 4 in the first season of the show for a special hip hop stage as well.

Rookie duo 15&, made up of members Park Ji Min and Baek Ye Rin, will be embarking in a new project called, ‘15& Sound’ in which 15& will be covering some of the popular tracks of their sunbaes.

They will be singing 5 songs for the next 10 weeks, with one new cover song being released every two weeks. After releasing their cover of Wonder Girls’ “Be My Baby”, Park Ji Min has unveiled her cover of Lim Jeong Hee’s “Clockwork“, displaying her extraordinary vocal talent.

A flawless live of 15& is becoming a bombing sensation.

15&, gathering much attention even before debut due to a meet-up with ‘K-POP Star’ winner, Park Jimin, and the genius girl, Baek Yerin, has starred on a radio program on October 10th. They’ve sung “Put It In A Love Song” by Alicia Keys and Beyonce in such a perfect manner that all site staffs and the viewers were surprised.

“Put It In A Love Song” by Alicia Keys and Beyonce, the world’s top divas, is considered as a song that requires advanced vocal skills as well as perfect rhythm senses. By not only singing it in a perfect manner but also with relaxed ad-lips and narration, 15& brought out endless exclamation for it.

Presented a heart-touching shudder with vocal skills that freely go over 2 octaves with their debut stage last weekend, 15& managed to smile and be in a comfortable feature during the live. Without having to mention, it is said the well-built skills and capability to “master the octaves” of 15&, often called as genius girls, were well shown.

New duo group 15& recently performed its debut title track “I Dream” with Hanbit Bitsori Ensemble.

On October 10th, 15&’s official Youtube channel uploaded a clip featuring young 15-year-old girls, 15&, singing “I Dream” in harmony with Hanbit Bitsori Ensemble.

The meeting of 15& and Bitsori Ensemble was said that Park Ji Min’s donation gave them a destined meet-up. Also, as Baek Ye Rin, from 15&, once did amuse the crowd by being called as a genius girl at SBS ‘Star King’, it came up to be more meaningful as Bitsori Ensemble also starred at ‘Star King’ and touched the heart of the crowd.

15& has said that they’ve come close with the friends of Bitsori Ensemble as they practiced and shoot the clip together. It comes more special as they’ve come to know each other with music and singing. 15& and the Ensemble had fun shooting and singing together, and promised to one another that they will come together often for various activities. 15& also would like to thank those from Hanbit Bitsori Ensemble for teaching and leading them during the shoot.

To commemorate the 566th anniversary of Hangul Day, JYP Entertainment’s new duo group, 15& was invited to the Hangul Day celebration event held at a grand theatre in Sejong Center.

15& sang the national anthem with the fellow singer Hyeeuni-Yoo Yeol. Following, they had a solo stage and sang their rendition of ‘난 널 사랑해 (I Love You)’, the song that drew attention on K-POP Star with 6-octave high notes. Despite it being only 2 days after debut, 15& received a lot of attention from the crowd since what they have shown through their debut stage.

The duo expressed, We are excited to perform on a very meaningful, grand stage with much experienced and well known singers. As we remember this event’s importance, we will do our best to sing well.”

Meanwhile, 15& continues their debut stage through various music programs this week.

miss A’s Suzy showed her support for new JYP Entertainment labelmate, 15&.

On October 7th, Suzy tweeted, “15& debuting today! With Ye Rin and Ji Min”, and attached a set of photos taken with 15&’s Park Ji Min and Baek Ye Rin.

In the photos, Suzy and 15& displayed their close friendship as they smile brightly for the camera. Especially, the much slimmer look of Park Ji Min and her partner, Baek Ye Rin is drawing many people’s attention along with Suzy’s beautiful look.

Meanwhile, 15& made their debut with “I Dream” on the October 7th broadcast of SBS ‘Inkigayo’.

Having released their debut digital single and music video for “I Dream”, as well as performing their debut stage on ‘Inkigayo’, new duo 15& revealed practice video for their debut title track.

On October 8th, JYP Entertainment released a new video on 15&’s official Youtube channel featuring Park Ji Min and Baek Ye Rin performing their debut track “I Dream” together in the JYP rehearsal room.

Debuted earlier this month, 15& is made up of two members Park Ji Min and Baek Ye Rin. Park Ji Min was the winner of SBS ‘K-pop Star’ while Baek Ye Rin previously appeared on SBS’s “Star King” in 2007 and became known as the “10 year old ballad genius.”

2PM members Taecyeon and Chansung showed their support for their junior labelmates, 15& and soloist Baek Ah Yeon by dropping by at SBS ‘Inkigayo’.

On October 7, Taecyeon tweeted, “I dropped by the set of Inkigayo~ The kids are sharing one room, so we took a picture together keke” and attached the above photo.

15&, comprised of ‘K-Pop Star’ winner Park Ji Min and “genius girl” Baek Ye Rin gave their first performance of “I Dream” on the October 7th episode of ‘Inkigayo’. Baek Ah Yeon, on the other hand, is currently promoting her debut track, “Sad Song”.

JYP Entertainment will soon be debuting its newest duo group 15&. After launching teaser website and releasing few teaser photos and video, the agency revealed the second video teaser for the duo’s upcoming debut.

15& is made up of ‘K-Pop Star’ winner Park Ji Min and JYP’s “genius girl” Baek Ye Rin, who starred at SBS ‘Star King’ in 2007. The duo will make their official debut on October 5th.

Ahead of her official debut as 15& member, Park Ji Min has donated 100 million KRW from the money that she received by winning in ‘K-Pop Star’.

On October 2nd, JYP Entertainment revealed, “Park Ji Min donated 50 million KRW to two charities, Hanbit Performing Arts Company and World Vision.”

Park Ji Min shared, “The Hanbit Performing Arts Company is comprised of young elementary students with disabilities but who have extraordinary music abilities. I felt sorry for their disadvantages and as a musician, I wanted to help those who love music.”

She added, “The reason why I could win in ‘K-Pop Star’ was because a lot of people supported me. I wanted to share the love that I got.”

JYP Entertainment’s upcoming duo group 15& finally revealed its second member!

It is known that ‘K-Pop Star’ winner Park Ji Min was one of the members. After teasing fans with their childhood photos earlier, it has been revealed that the “genius girl” is none other than JYP trainee Baek Ye Rin.

Baek Ye Rin is talented and skilled having trained for more than 5 years. She is 15 years old and has a reputation of being a “genius girl” within the agency. She was the ‘10-year-old ballad genius’ who starred at SBS ‘Star King’ in 2007.

The group also released their jacket photos for upcoming debut album. The pastel-toned photos contain the fresh sensation of the two 15-year-old girls and draw much more attention by showing Park Ji Min who’s beauty has grown, and Baek Ye Rin.

15& will make their official debut on October.

JYP Entertainment will soon be debuting its newest duo group 15&, made up of ‘K-POP Star’ winner Park Ji Min and the ‘genius girl’ trainee. To heighten up fans’ anticipation, JYP revealed childhood photos of the members.

The group’s official Facebook page posted two adorable photos of Park Ji Min and the other trainee and wrote, “One dream developed by two girls! That dream will be revealed on September 27th 2012.”

15& will make its official debut on October 5th. With not only the acknowledged talent Park Ji Min, by winning at ‘K-POP Star’, but also the girl who is so called a ‘genius’ with her outstanding skills, the expectation from the crowd is said to be heated up.

JYP Entertainment has released first video teaser for its upcoming duo group, 15&.

On September 25, the video was uploaded on the group’s official Youtube channel and featured 15& members, Park Ji Min, the winner from ‘K-POP Star’, and another JYPE trainee. The 40-second clip showed a dreamy concept with Park Ji Min’s voice being heard in the background.

15& is set to make their debut on October 5th. In the meantime, check out the teaser below.

Singer Baek Ah Yeon showed showed off her support for Park Ji Min by cheering her on prior to her official debut.

On September 22, Baek Ah Yeon wrote on her Twitter, “Cute Ji Min, who came to the set of my MV filming for ‘Sad Song!’ You’re going to debut soon as well! You will do well. Fighting!” and attached a photo of herself being hugged by Park Ji Min.

Baek Ah Yeon recently debuted with first album ‘I’m Baek’ while Park Ji Min is gearing up to make her debut as part of duo group, 15&, this coming October.

We previously reported that Park Ji Min, the winner from ‘K-POP Star’, will be having her debut with a JYP novice as a group named ‘15&’ next month. Earlier today, JYP Entertainment launched a teaser website [15and.jype.com] for the group’s upcoming debut.

Park Ji Min’s group mate is the same age as her (15) and has a reputation of being a ‘genius girl’ within the agency. She is talented and skilled with her novice practices for more than 5 years. Park Ji Min, the first season winner of ‘K-Pop Star’, will be debuting sometime early next month as part of a duo group alongside another JYP Entertainment trainee.

On September 20, JYP Entertaiment revealed that Park Ji Min will be teaming up with a JYP trainee to debut as duo called, ‘15&’ (Fifteen And). Park Ji Min’s group mate is the same age as her (15) and has a reputation of being a ‘genius girl’ within the agency.

Recently, Baek Ah Yeon, who placed third on ‘K-Pop Star’, debuted under the same roof, JYP Entertainment, and is currently receiving much love with her title song, “Sad Song”.

In the July 11 episode of SBS ‘One Night of TV Entertainment’, the three judges of ‘K-Pop Star’ Yang Hyun Suk, Park Jin Young and BoA were featured as guests and discussed their future expectations.

From the first season of ‘K-Pop Star’, top finalists Park Ji Min as well as Baek Ah Yeon and Park Jae Hyung had signed with JYP Entertainment, while SuPearls consisting of Lee Hayi, Lee Michelle, Lee Seung Joo and Lee Jung Mi signed with YG Entertainment.

Regarding with their new recruits, Park Jin Young revealed, “They are adjusting better than expected and are training hard with excitement for their debut.”

Yang Hyun Suk then brought up a friendly rivalry saying, “I know SuPearls and Park Ji Min will be debuting around the same time. We will work hard to see who comes out on top”, setting up a challenge with fellow judge Park Jin Young.

To this, BoA broke up the ice by commenting, “Since my comeback will happen first, let’s make sure I do well first”, which caused everyone to laugh.
