2PM's NichKhun shows his support to his fellow 2PM member Wooyoung who just recently finished his debut performances on music shows this week. On the 14th of July NichKhun updated his twitter account and shared, "2NITE-JWY(Jang Wooyoung)" and shared a photo.

On his photo you can see him giving a thumbs up while watching Wooyoung's debut performance at MBC "Music Core". Look's like NichKhun didnt want to miss Wooyoung's debut performance and also was impressed with Wooyoung's performance. Netizens commented, "He has really beautiful fingers", "That's so nice to see them supporting each other", "They share a really close relationship".  What do you think? The official international trailer for the upcoming Thai film ‘Seven Something’ has been released.

2PM member Nichkhun will be starring in the 7th anniversary film for GTH titled ‘Seven Something’. The Thai film is in an omnibus format and will feature three love stories. Nickhun is set to appear in one of the episodes.

‘Seven Something’ will make its premiere in Thailand on July 26th.

Group 2PM’s Nichkhun and Chansung highly praised their fellow member Junsu.

On May 30th, Nichkhun posted on his Twitter, “Today Junsu showed us what it’s like to be a ‘singer’, much to learn from him. Please give him love for today’s heart-felt performance!” and uploaded the above photo.

In the picture, Nichkhun was captured sitting next to Junsu while doing a cute V-sign and smiling cutely.

Chansung also complimented Junsu’s performance and tweeted, “Today was Junsu hyung’s day! A song which Junsu hyung wrote while thinking about his dad. We didn’t get to hear it during rehearsal so it was our first time hearing it on stage and I couldn’t control my feelings.”

He continued, “I’m so thankful and glad that Junsu who had gone through such hardships was able to express it through music. And that also makes me remember and think about my dad, mom, and my older brother, too again!! I love you Junsu hyung~!!”

Meanwhile, Junsu’s father passed away last January which made all fans sad.

2PM’s Nichkhun is drawing interest for his appearance for the upcoming Japanese movie "Ouran High School Host Club." Last year it was confirmed that Nichkhun has been casted into the movie and will be making his movie debut in a Japanese Film.

On March 17, the trailer of the film appeared on several Korean and K-Pop related online community forums. "Ouran High School Host Club" is based on a 2006 TV animation which spawned a mega-popular drama this year of the same name. In the movie, Nichkhun portrays the elder brother of Singaporean foreign exchange student, Michelle (played by AKB48’s Shinoda Mariko).

Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon will be joining fellow member Tiffany and 2PM’s Nichkhun to serve as MCs at the 2012 Korean Music Wave in Bangkok, Thailand on April 7th. Fans were allowed to vote for a second Girls’ Generation member to MC after Tiffany and Nichkhun were announced on February 13th. The votes were decided on host organization JL STARNET TRADE CO.’s official Facebook page, with Taeyeon receiving over 2,200 votes.

The 2012 Korean Music Wave comprises nineteen performing artists. However, Girls’ Generation will not be performing for this upcoming concert, where they performed “Hoot”, “Oh”, and “Gee” on March 12th of last year. Bangkok still got to see Girls’ Generation this year though, when they made their final stop for their 2nd Asia tour there on February 12th.

This is yet another opportunity for Taeyeon to MC, as she and Seohyun were announced on January 31st to join Tiffany as permanent MCs for MBC’s “Show! Music Core” after Yuri stepped down to focus on her upcoming role in “Fashion King”.

Put on your favorite dress as it appears that your 2PM's prince, Nichkhun, is ready for your early Valentine's date!

On January 4th, Nichkhun shared a mezmering photo on his Twitter tagged with cute little emoticon "=] ~". In the photo, the prince is on his lovely red suit while holding balloons and stuffed toy. It seems the Nichkhun is waiting for his date?

Netizens commented, "Oppa is the most handsome guy on earth!", "It's so sweet!" and "Will you give it to victoria?"

From Dec. 23 to Dec. 25,  “Thailand Korea Friendship Festival” took place in Thailand to raise funds for the victims of the Thailand floods this year. The event comprised of the Korean Embassy, Thailand’s Department of Cultural Promotion and the Korea-Thailand Communication Center organization.

During the two days of the festival, 15 fan clubs of Hallyu stars such as 2PM and Jang Keun-suk sold souvenirs of the celebrities to raise funds for the appeal. In addition Korean restaurants joined the effort to donate proceeds toward the flood victims.

The highlight of the festival took place on the last day when 2PM member Nichkhun’s mother took to the stage to hand over the sum of 5.7 million won ($4,929) to the organizers of the event. On stage were also members of the 2PM fan club of Thailand.

The Korean boy band was also the first Hallyu group to make a donation of 130 million won in October toward the flood victims through the Korean Red Cross.

Nichkhun is of Thai and Chinese descent but was born and raised in the United States before making his debut in Korea as a member of boy band 2PM.

Recently a wax replica of the star was made and went on display at Madame Tussauds in Bangkok.

2PM member Nichkhun shed his beastly grown-up image and gave off his charming cuteness.

Recently, Nichkhun has appeared smiling on the cover of the January issue of the Japanese women's magazine "Fine". In the cover, he appeared without his fellow 2PM members, and the fact that he was picked as a solo cover model draws attention.

In the interview with the magazine, Nichkhun said, "Because of my job, I’m always so busy, so I like women who are very understanding." revealing his ideal type. He also drew attention revealing, "I dream of a romantic Christmas date in which we can go skating and kiss."

Nichkhun recently appeared in a minor role for the film "Ouran High School Host Club", which deemed him to be a potential actor in Japan.

On November 29th, Nichkhun made a surprise appearance at the Tower Records location in Shibuya, Tokyo along with fellow 2PM members, making the fans go wild.

Meanwhile, 2PM released their first full-length Japanese album "Republic of 2PM" on November 30th, and will be holding a fan event to celebrate the group's one year anniversary since their official debut in Japan.

On September 17’s episode of MBC We Got Married, Nickhun and Victoria hold an event to celebrate the last day of their marriage.

The two of them open a party to celebrate the 456th day of their marriage. Professional badminton player Lee Yong Dae, and members of f(x): Sulli, Luna, and Amber came to the party.

At the end of the party, Nickhun gives a goodbye gift to Victoria. Unable to hold it back, Victoria bursts into tears for the first time in front of Nickhun. Nickhun and Victoria celebrated the last day of their marriage in the 63 Building, where they met for the first time a year and three months ago.

[COLUMN] 110721 2PM Nichkhun's 'Seoul Diary' (1) - Feedback for 'Hands up'? "It's very fun and exciting right now"







A handsome singer, Nichkhun has the special ability to make everyone who meets him fall in love with his kindness and nice manners. Recently, 2PM has received lots of good feedback for their 2nd full length album "Hands Up." After releasing their latest song "Hands Up" on the 20th of last month, the song quickly became #1 on many charts, quickly showing their "10 out of 10" liveliness.



The liveliness of 2PM is not constricted only in this country, but all over the world, and no doubt all over Asia. One of the 6 members is Nichkhun who is the only foreigner in the group who was born in Thailand, but now he has live in Korea for over 5 years and has already adapted to the language and food there.



Since his debut, Nichkhun has been able to speak Thai (which for sure is his mother tongue), Korean, and English, and along with some Chinese.



His story from the year 2006, from holding his dream to be a singer and his decision move to Korea to his evolution into "singer Nichkhun" kpop star of 2011 will start on the 21st in "Issue Daily" in "Nichkhun's Seoul Diary"









Nichkhun promises to tell his story sincerely in this "Seoul Diary," including the story of a little Thai boy who used to be fragile different from his body image who grows up to be a Hangul star who has become the interest of many people, his deep worries, his experiences in Korea, and his bright dreams.



"Nichkhun's Seoul Diary" will start with a story about their most recent album and will have 10 parts.



Hello, this is 2PM's Nichkhun. Please watch after me (smiles)." Nichkhun greeted reports with a friendly smile and now he will tell his story for 'Nichkhun's Seoul Diary."



When asked to talk about his most recent album "Hands Up" a smile immediately came to his face, you can tell the pure happiness in his face reflects the popularity they are receiving now.



"Because the song "Hands Up" is such a fun and energetic song, it really is nice to be having fun with our promotions, especially since our debut song "10 out of 10" most of our songs have been sad and gloomy, we are very lucky to have a fun that his lively and fresh and we're tired of the dark and gloomy environment (hahaha)"







Whether it is because they changed the mood from a dark to a more energtic one like Nichkhun said or not, the sales and feedback for this album is not normal. Like was said, they received many awards and topped many charts. Right now, 2PM has already won 5 trophies from TV music programs and they are just on their uphill part.



"We didn't think that people would like it this much. Thank you like always for liking this song and for giving such positive feedback. We (2PM) are very happy and appreciative and we are able to do this because of everyone working together."



Lastly, Nichkhun said to fans, jyp employees, and staff, "I would like to thank fans who have been by our sides since our debut, friends at JYPE who have strongly guided us through, and the staff, it's because of every single one of you that I am me today. Thank you. I will be a Nichkhun that won't disappoint you. Fighting."
