Boyfriend is coming back with a repackaged album and starting off the countdown, an image teaser of members Youngmin and Kwangmin has been unveiled.

On January 4th, Boyfriend’s official Twitter posted the above photo and wrote, “Unexpected Boyfriend’s comeback on 2013/1/10! Youngmin and Kwangmin’s comeback picture teaser is released! Please give them lot of support~^^.”

Previously, Starship Entertainment announced that Boyfriend will release a repackaged album of their first full-length album, ‘Janus’ on January 10th. ‘Janus’ was released on November 8th and received much praise for showing the group’s more mature image.

Boy group ‘Boyfriend’ member Kwangmin’s smile has attracted fans’ attention.

On the 31st, photos were uploaded on an online community site with the title ‘Kwangmin Airport Fashion and Airport Smile’.

Having already released several concept photos for their comeback, Boyfriend’s twin brothers Youngmin and Kwangmin heightened up anticipation with new photo from the set of their upcoming music video.

On November 2, Boyfriend’s official Facebook page released the photo above along with the words, “YOUNG MIN & KWANG MIN from their MV set! JANUS! D-6!” In the photo, the twin is having pulling off a completely different concept, as one is dressed in white while the other one in black.

Boyfriend will release its first full-length album, ‘Janus’ on November 8th. According to Starship Entertainment, “Boyfriend will be different from before. Not only will they show their manly side, they will show a different kind of charisma on stage.”

Boyfriend members recently released several optical illusion photo of themselves.

On June 19th, Boyfriend’s official Twitter posted, “In order to celebrate the COMEBACK of LOVE STYLE! Commemorative photo for our fans ^^” and attached humorous photos of the members.

In the optical illusion photos, Kwang Min seemingly holding up leader Dong Hyun on his hands while Kwang Min and Jung Min poke some fun at a studio.

Netizens commented, “What stylish optical illusion pictures”, “Boyfriend members are cute” “Kwang Min is holding Dong Hyun? That’s funny!” “I like their new song” and more.

Have the twins been mistaken for each other before? Youngmin reveals that he once received a gift meant for Kwangmin, and then secretly passed the gift to Kwangmin. “I differentiate them by looking at their jawlines. Youngmin’s jawline is more softer-looking whereas Kwangmin’s jawline is sharper”, Jeongmin said. Kwangmin laugh awkwardly, saying that he gained weight. 

The twins also have different ideal types of girls.

Kwangmin prefers girls who are more carefree and does not bother too much about little details. He also added that he will confess his love for her in public. Youngmin prefers girls who have a clear gaze and does aegyo. He will confess by only saying the phrase “I love you!”.When asked whether they have confessed before, they laughed and denied it.

Boyfriend member Kwangmin shared a new picture of him through their official Twitter account.

On March 15th, the photo above was tweeted by Kwangmin and wrote "ㅠㅠ I received a punishment because I lose while playing rock paper scissor with the hyungs!! Now the rehearsal for fanmeeting is finished and now wait for a while, let’s play happily~~~ " 

In the picture he posted, Kwangmin posed as if he is sad because of the punishment he received. Boyfriend members played  rock paper scissor and Kwangmin lost so he had to receive a punishment from his hyungs. He looks so adorable in the picture with his big eyes.

Boyfriend Kwangmin’s stylish airport fashion has become a hot topic.
On the February 25th, Boyfriend was at the airport preparing to departure to Singapore for a SISTAR-BoyFriend joint fan-meeting.

Q: Donghyun say that you guys had football matches with foreign students near the dorm, who usually win? Which position you twins are at?
A: Youngmin – it depends, sometimes we will win! Usually me and Minwoo are goalkeepers (smiles), because it’s not tiring to be one, just have to look at people running around.
Kwangmin- I don’t like to have a body contact with people, so I also like to be the goalkeeper. (Smiles)


Q: Other than uniform endorsement, is there any products you want to endorse?
A: Youngmin – Food stuff should be quite good/not bad~
Kwangmin – Actually there is no restrictions for any products. As long as someone wants us to endorse, I think I can try!


Q: Twins’s biggest difference?
A: Kwangmin – that should be personality! Youngmin is very active, but my personality is more quiet~

Upon winning the man’s 50m hurdle, leader Donghyun commented that in place for Kwangmin who had an accident the day before, he has found his hidden talent. Boyfriend's Kwangmin shared a photo on the 3rd of December through their official Twitter.

Kwangmin shared the photo above with a caption "Tada Kwangmin is in Japan What could I be doing here right now?To eat sushiㅎㅎIt’s delicious Thank you so much to our fans for today!"

It seems that Boyfriend had their dinner after the KPOP Concert in Japan and Kwangmin ordered sushi and he liked it.

Wonders Girls revealed their ties to rookie group Boyfriend.

On KBS2's radio program Jeon Hyun Moo's Music Square that aired November 18, Sunye and Sohee talked about the twins, Kwangmin and Youngmin, who are now members of Boyfriend. Sohee said "In a music broadcast yesterday, I saw Boyfriend's performance." She added,"I saw this twins and they looked familiar. Suddenly, I remember they were this 2 kids who were a trainee in our agency before."

Before debuting as members of Boyfriend, twins Youngmin and Kwangmin were trainees of JYPE. Sunye then added "I thought for the first time, I am really getting old. They were still kids, now they debuted and became tall and handsome boys!".

Meanwhile, Wonder Girls appeared on Mnet Countdown for their comeback on the 17th and ranked first at the same time.
