SM Entertainment has closed the curtains for its successful ‘S.M.ART Exhibition’!

Running from August 10th to the 19th at the Coex in Seoul, the exhibition drew in more than 30,000 visitors, with 50 percent coming from overseas. It is a combination of SM’s premium contents and the most advanced digital technology. SM Entertainment and global businesses have collaborated to create new content specifically for the event.

Living up to its name, the exhibition featured many idol star goodies by using special holographic and 3D videos. It also featured special interactive displays where fans were able to dance alongside stars in a video, as well as creative art contest, where Girls’ Generation Yuri awarded the winners on the 19th.

The ‘S.M.ART Exhibition’ will continue on next year in a world tour with Taiwan as its first stop.

As part of promotions for SM Entertainment’s upcoming  ‘S.M.ART EXHIBITION’ , SMTOWN’s official Youtube channel released new video teaser featuring its idols.

In promotions for the upcoming ‘S.M.ART EXHIBITION’, SM Entertainment unveiled the official poster featuring 66 of all its artists and actors.

Included in the poster are Kangta, BoA, TVXQ, Trax, CSJH, Super Junior, Super Junior M’s Henry and Zhou Mi, Girls’ Generation, SHINee, f(x), EXO, Zhang Liyin, and J-Min. Also included are SM Entertainment’s actors including Go Ara, Lee Yeon Hee, Kim Min Jong and more.

The advance sale of tickets for ‘S.M.ART EXHIBITION’ begins on the 17th.

‘S.M.ART EXHIBITION’, which will be held at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul from August 10th to 19th, is a combination of SM’s premium contents and the most advanced digital technology. S.M.ENTERTAINMENT and global businesses have collaborated together to present the world’s first interactive entertainment exhibition.

Especially, there will be a 13m-high ‘Fantasy Tree’, which will feature video performances of SM artists, ‘Panorama 3D Theater’, which will play 3D video show involving U-Know, Eunhyuk, Taemin, Krystal and KAI and ‘Live Hologram’, which will show SHINee’s great live concerts.

The tickets for ‘S.M.ART EXHIBITION’ will be available on Auction Ticket (http://ticket.auction.co.kr) on July 17th at 8:00 p.m. and those who purchase tickets before July 31st will get an additional discount.

Meanwhile, as a part of the exhibition, there is ‘S.M.ART EXHIBITION Creative Art Contest’ for artistic works with SM artists’ motif and more details of the contest is available on SM official website

S.M. Entertainment will be holding an IT content exhibition called the “S.M. ART EXHIBITION”.

The “S.M.ART EXHIBITION” will be held at the COEX Mall, Samseungdong, Seoul for 10 days from the 10th to the 19th of August. The exhibition is an IT-experience fair, which aims to allow visitors to experience the combination of S.M.'s high-end content and top notch digital technology. At the same time, it is also the world's first interactive exhibition which aims to disclose the content produced through the cooperation between S.M and other global enterprises. Constituting epochal elements and other various elements, this will bring endless fun and affect the senses of the visitors.

In particular, aside from setting up a 3D Experience Center where the S.M. artistes seem as though they are appearing right in front of your eyes, the exhibition also employed the use of holograms to showcase high quality performances and extravagant line-ups, enriching the content of the exhibition. Through the use of the 360-degree Matrix camera and large screen employed in the movie “The Matrix” to see the artistes and also to engage in video calls, it is a digital entertainment exhibition different from its predecessors, allowing fans at home or abroad, as well as tourists visiting South Korea to experience the extraordinary digital content.

With "S.M.ART EXHIBITION WORLD TOUR" as the theme, this exhibition will tour various countries in the world with Asia as its focal point, and is looking forward to receiving the support of S.M. fans globally.

On the other hand, S.M. opened the curtains on its 3rd S.M. concert "SMTOWN LIVE" on the 20th of May, premiering in America. The South Korean stop will be held in the Seoul Olympic Main Stadium on the 18th of August. It will produce a combined effect along with the exhibition, and will attract the attention of many.
