BEAST member Yoon Doojoon expresses his thoughts and grattitude after concluding the hit drama 'IRIS 2'.

On April 19, he wrote on his twitter, "IRIS 2... has concluded ㅠㅠ To a lot of seniors, teachers and director who worked very hard, to the staff who gave a lot of advices, and also to everyone who keeps watching the show until the final, thank you so much. Be healthy."

In which the fans replied, "You did well!","I love the drama, it's sad that it ended.","I hope to see you again in a drama!" and so on.

The cast members of the KBS drama ‘IRIS 2’ will be turned into characters for the popular first person shooter game ‘Sudden Attack’.

In addition to the mains stars Lee Da Hae and Jang Hyuk, idol stars MBLAQ’s Lee Joon and B2ST’s Yoon Doojoon will also have their over characters. The actors will have their real voices used in the game in addition to getting special weapons with special added effects.

The game will feature a new map based on the drama concept for the gamers to enjoy.

BEAST’s Yoon Doojoon shows his acting skills in ‘IRIS 2’ and receives great responses from the viewers.

On February 13th, the first episode of ‘IRIS 2’ was aired, Doojoon plays the role of Seo Hyunwoo who is good in various  fields such as shooting, martial arts, decryption of codes, languages and is also a top elite agent in NSS.

Doojoon’s airtime for the first episode wasn’t very long but he receives good remarks from the viewers and is praised for not falling behind professional actors.

Doojoon has already been known for his great acting skills and caused the viewers to expect a lot from him.

BEAST member Yoon Doojoon revealed that he had a hard time with Jang Hyuk’s serious personality.

On the latest broadcast of KBS 2TV ‘Happy Together’, Doojoon along with the other casts of IRIS 2, Jang Hyuk, Lee DaHae and Lee BumSoo have appeared as guests.

Lee Dahae shared that she was surprised by Doojoon’s actions during their flight to Hungary. She said that Doojoon approached and greeted Jang Hyuk first to which Doojoon confessed that about Jang Hyuk’s seriousness. Lee DaHae then said that in the returning flight, Doojoon and Jang Hyuk sat together again, but Doojoon’s expression was fierce and it caused worry to Jang Hyuk

Doojoon talked about their flight “Jang Hyuk-senior talked for around 2 hours during our flight from Finland to Hungary. He had talked enough but still kept talking” and everyone laughed. He then continued “But still, there are funny stories. I’m a rookie actor and I am grateful to receive advices from senior actors” expressing his appreciative.

Several still cuts from the first episode of much-awaited KBS 2TV drama ‘IRIS 2’ were recently revealed, heightening anticipations of the fans.

On February 9th, the production team of ‘IRIS 2’ revealed the photos showing actress Lee Da Hae, B2ST’s Yoon Doojoon, Baek Sung Hyun and other trainees getting trained on a shore. While Jang Hyuk, who appears as their trainer, is seen strictly watching over them.

The shooting took place in Jejudo, and it is said that the actors had a lot of struggles, fighting against the cold weather.

A representative revealed, “The still cuts are from the scene of the characters’ past as trainees when they had to perform numerous tests to become agents. You will find totally different sides of each actors.”

In some still cuts released on February 4, Soo Yeon (played Lee Da Hae) and Hyun Woo(played Doojoon) were captured having a judo match under the direction of Yoo Gun (Jang Hyuk). It’s part of their martial arts training as they need to fight against Iris, which has become stronger.

The two are showing an intense atmosphere between them. It is said that Doojoon showed a great care for Lee Da Hae during the shooting, trying to treat her as softly as possible.

‘IRIS 2’ is an action melodrama series that tells a story about a battle between NSS and Iris. The drama will premiere on February 13 at 10:00 PM.

The three flower boys of highly-anticipated series ‘Iris 2’ are ready to shoot female fans’ hearts!

Taewon Entertainment, the production agency of new KBS 2TV drama ‘Iris 2’, released behind-the-scenes photos of NSS agents Yoon Doojoon of B2ST, Baek Sung Hyun and Lee Seung Hak, to build up even more hype for the upcoming action thriller series.

The photos were taken while they were having a break during shooting, and the three are posing together, holding their guns. Doojoon will be playing the role of NSS’s best elite agent, Seo Hyun Woo, Baek Sung Hyun as the genius hacker Kang Byung Jin and Lee Seung Hak as the cryptographer Kim Ji Heon.

It is said that the three became close friends very quickly, and that they are showing a wonderful team work.

The drama will premiere on February 13th.

KBS ‘IRIS 2’ unveiled still cuts showing Doojoon on duty as an elite NSS agent Seo Hyun Woo who is recognized for his smarts and good looks. Seo Hyun Woo is a great agent who is talented in shooting, decoding, martial arts, and foreign languages. With his skills, he will provide much support for Lee Da Hae and Jang Hyuk’s characters in the drama.

An official from the drama’s production shared, “Yoon Doojoon’s passion for the drama is very impressive, and he never looks to be tired. Many people will be able to see how good of an actor Yoon Doojoon is.”

B2ST’s Doojoon and A Pink’s NaEun were recently spotted at a club.

On December 4th, some pictures were uploaded online showing Doojoon and NaEun getting fun and wild in a club. These pictures were actually previews for the upcoming movie ‘Marrying the Mafia 5: The Return of the Family.’

Doojoon will be playing the role of Young Min, the first son of a mafia, and NaEun plays the role of Hee Jae, Young Min’s first love,

In the scene, Young Min (Doojoon) shows hesitation and sbashfulness as Hee Jae (NaEun) begins to seductively dance in front of him. However, he soon gets down with the music and showcases his comic dancing skills.

‘Marrying the Mafia 5: The Return of the Family’ is a comedy film about things happened as Dae Seo (played by Jung Jun Ho), who used to be considered as a good luck in the mafia family, suddenly becomes a bad luck. The film will premiere on December 19.

Actress Lee Da Hae has showed her great interest for B2ST’s Yoon Doojoon.

On the November 17th episode of KBS ‘Entertainment Weekly’, lead stars of the upcoming KBS drama ‘Iris 2’ including Lee Da Hae, Oh Yeon Soo and Lee Bum Soo sat down for an interview.

During the show, the reporter asked Lee Da Hae, “On the last interview you said you were a fan of the group INFINITE. B2ST’s Doojoon can be considered as a rival, so what do you think about him?” The actress replied, “I like Yoon Doojoon much more now. I forgot about INFINITE”, and she burst into laughter.

Previously, Lee Da Hae appeared on ‘Entertainment Weekly’ for an interview, and chose INFINITE as her most favorite idol.

Doojoon will be acting alongside Lee Da Hae in ‘Iris 2’. He will play the role of an elite agent, and form a love triangle with Jang Hyuk and Lee Da Hae.

A few pictures showing Hyuna and Yoon Doojoon exchanging glances as couple were revealed.

On October 4th, Shoemarker has revealed some photoshoot scenes which includes manly Yoon Doojoon, who’s an ideal type for many female celebrities, and cute yet sexy 4minute’s Hyuna.

In the advertisement, both of them transformed into couples, while emancipating a lovable atmosphere. Both of them sat on the sofa naturally and interprets a couple’s act. In their black and white outfits, they have both successfully express the stylish and chic concept.



In particular, Yoon Doojoon wore his personally designed shoes, presenting his fashion sense. BEAST collaborated with one of Shoemarker’s brand, JimRickey, and introduced a casual yet durable fashion sneakers. Hyuna was seen leaning on Yoon Doojoon’s shoulders. With her perfect body and elegant vibe, Hyuna looked at charismatic Yoon Doojoon with an affectionate gaze.

A representative of Shoemarker expressed, “During the initial stages of the photoshoot, Yoon Doojoon and Hyuna stared at each other awkwardly and couldn’t stop laughing. But as time goes, they’ve completed the photoshoot by putting on a professional yet mature attitude. In fact, Hyuna’s part in the advertisement was to interpret a shoes terrorist. Cube Entertainment’s labelmates, B2ST’s Doojoon and 4minute’s HyunA transformed into couple to endorse the shoes multishop brand, Shoemarker.

Earlier today, Shoemarker released behind-the-scenes photos taken from the set of CF filming. Wearing contrasting colors of stylish black and white outfits, Doojoon and HyunA shared some intimate moments and pulled off a natural couple look.

In addition, Doojoon showed off the shoes that he personally designed. B2ST collaborated with Shoemarker’s brand Jim Rickey for the silver high top.

It is said that Doojoon and HyunA have been awkward with each other at first, but as time passed, they completed the shoot like professionals.

KARA’s Jiyoung, B2ST’s Doojoon & MBLAQ’s Lee Joon are reported to have all been cast in the upcoming drama, ‘IRIS 2’.

According to drama officials, Jiyoung, Doojoon and Lee Joon were cast as agents in a team protecting VIPs under South Korea’s National Security Service in the drama.

Jiyoung will play a honest and confident agent character named Song Chae Ran, Doojoon’s character will be a cool agent named Yoon Shi Hyuk, and Lee Joon’s role will be that of a talented password hacker named Kim Ji Hoon.

In addition, actress Im Soo Hyang from the ‘New Tales Of Gisaeng’ will be playing an assassin employed by the Russians.

It has been reported that Jang Hyuk is considering a male lead role, Lee Da Hae is in talks for a femme fatale role, and Daniel Henney is also considering a role in ‘IRIS 2’.

‘IRIS 2’ is expected to air at the beginning of 2013. The storyline will pick up from where the first drama left off: after Lee Byung Hun’s character dies.

Yoon Doojoon clarifies about being violent.

On ‘B2ST on QTV’, Doojoon was chosen by fans as "Seemingly violent member". After getting the 1st spot, he then made a clarification about the issue.  He said "They think I have that image maybe because of the violent actions that I do as a joke and aggressive looks"

Doojoon continued, “In the past, members' parents dropped by and asked me not to hit their sons. I'm hoping there's no misunderstanding"

K-Pop idols B2ST’s Yoon Doojoon, ZE:A’s Hwang Kwanghee and A Pink’s Son NaEun will all be making their big screen debut through the hit movie series, ‘Marrying the Mafia’.

The film’s production company, Lotte Entertainment, announced that Doojoon, Kwanghee and NaEun have been cast in the fifth installment of the comedy film, ‘Marrying the Mafia’. The three idols will be joining actresses Kim Min Jung and Yu Min for the next chapter of the film.

Filming for the movie will begin this coming September.

B2ST member Doojoon looks even manlier when he gave a hug to his fan.

On August 26th episode of KBS 2TV’s Let’s Go Dream Team 2, members had a competition.
Before it began, members played a game together with fans.

Host Lee Chang Myung asked a fan who is included in the game, "Who do you like from B2ST?" and the fan replied,"Doojoon."

Upon hearing it, Dojoon suddenly gave her a powerful hug. Lee asked, "Why do you like him?" Fan replied, "I like his nose." One more time, Doojoon gave her another powerful hug displaying his manly look.

B2ST’s Doojoon recently kept his promise that he made long ago with Jung Hyung Don.

Back on December 31st 2011, Doojoon signed a contract with Jung Hyung Don which stated, “I, Yoon Doojoon will accept an invitation from beloved brother Jung Hyung Don to make an appearance on ‘Weekly Idol’ with five group members when we make our comeback.”

Just as promised, Doojoon brought his B2ST members to ‘Weekly Idol’ recording on August 22 with the contract after making their ccomeback.

At the set, Doojoon shared, “I’m happy I’m finally able to keep my word with Hyung Don hyung after we released our new song”, before giving copies of their newest CD to the two MCs.

Jung Hyung Don responded, “B2ST finally came to ‘Weekly Idol’. I prepared a present for the group”, and handed them a box of Donidoni Donkatsu.

The episode will be aired on August 29.
