Psy’s new single “Gentleman” has been viewed more than 300 million times since it was released on YouTube last month. The music video is now number 26 on the all-time most watched list on YouTube.

The milestone was reached 26 days after its release and 17 days after the new video broke the 200 million mark on April 22. Psy is still keeping the first place of highest hit ever on YouTube with his mega hit single “Gangnam Style” and “Gentleman” seems to follow the track in shorter time.

The news is raising hopes that Psy may bounce back in the Billboard Hot 100 this week, after “Gentleman” plunged from No.5 to No.26 spot last week.

International star Psy’s new music video for “Gentleman” received more than 200 million views in the first nine days after its release on YouTube!

Psy is proving a new record every other day. “Gentleman” has been released for just nine days, and the number of music video view is increasing at such rapid rate. Today, the number of views has reached over 200,000,000 times.

Psy made the shortest time length to hit 100 million views. This time, he made another record to have 200 million in only nine days.

International star Psy’s new music video for “Gentleman” received more than 100 million views in the first four days after its release on YouTube as of April 15.

This is of course much faster than “Gangnam Style,” a sleeper phenomenon that achieved 10 million hits in the 19 days since the release and recorded hundred million hit after 50 days. The video also achieved a new record for having the most views in one day as well as topping charts in over 20 countries.

“Gentleman”s rate of increase is surpassing “Gangnam Style” and now challenging to set a new record.

Psy could be on his way to another huge YouTube hit as his latest single “Gentleman” gets over 40 million views in less than two days.

The “Gangnam Style” star Psy’s new music video had been watched more than 10 million times on YouTube less than 24 hours, setting a new record for having the most views in one day after breaking Justin Beiber’s record of 8 million views for “Boyfriend” on the day of its release.

As of this morning that view count has skyrocketed to almost 44 million views.

The video is fairly straightforward, as Psy plays a “gentleman” who constantly acts like a total jerk around ladies. It looks like the song will inevitably succeed after Psy’s previous hit, “Gangnam Style”, which has recorded over 1.5 billion views since its release in July 2012.

Girls’ Generation has broken yet another record by reaching 20 million views on YouTube for the music video of “I Got A Boy” in 125 hours, just over five days. The feat eclipsed the previous record set by HyunA’s “Ice Cream” which took eleven days to pass the 20 million view mark.

Despite being only released six days ago, the video has already met with an explosive reaction in the K-Pop sphere. “I Got A Boy” is generating plenty of buzz for its wild, colorful style, choreography by the Emmy-winning duo Nappytabs, and roller coaster ride of a song.

A-YO GG~!

Girls’ Generation’s music video for “I Got A Boy” has received over 10 million hits on Youtube!

“I Got A Boy” music video, which was released on January 1, received over 10 million views on YouTube in only 55 hours, marking the shortest time to ever achieve the feat in the history of KPOP music video. The music video of Girls’ Generation’s new song breaks HyunA’s “Ice Cream” record with 10 million views in 87 hours.

As of January 4th at 9:30 AM KST, the music video for “I Got A Boy” has 11,955,706 hits and continues to rake in more views, proving the global popularity of the group.

Psy’s “Gangnam Style” has usurped Justin Bieber’s “Baby” as the most-viewed video in the history of YouTube, drawing 806 million hits as of November 25 compared to 804 million for Bieber’s song.

“Baby” needed 33 months to pass the 800-million mark after the music video was posted on YouTube on February 19, 2010, but it took Psy’s catchy hit just four months to achieve the milestone.

It first appeared on the video-sharing site on July 15 and shot past the 10-milllion mark in just over two weeks on August 2. It had attracted 100 million views by September 4, 500 million by October 20 and 700 million by November 11.

Psy’s achievement is all the more significant given that “Gangnam Style” was released only in digital format and on YouTube. In contrast, four of the top five most-viewed music videos on YouTube, including those by Justin Bieber, Jennifer Lopez and Eminem, took advantage of the global distribution channels of major record labels.

In early September, “Gangnam Style” was named the most “liked” music video in the history of the same website by Guinness World Records.

Congratulations Psy!
