Supreme Team’s Simon D and Lady Jane have decided to part ways after six years of dating.

On June 17, Simon D’s agency confirmed, “The two decided to break up about a month ago after having been in a relationship for about six years.” About the reason of breakup, the agency explained, “There was no special reason. They just naturally drifted apart.”

It has been said that the two agreed to focus on their music and remained good friends as they still correspond with each other on Twitter.

Simon D and Lady Jane started dating in 2007. Simon D confessed on a music show back that he had a girlfriend, who was later found out to be fellow musician Lady Jane.

KBS “Music Bank” is back this week full of amazing performances!

The 700th episode of the show which aired on May 17th features various special performances. SECRET, Ailee, K.Will and Nine Muses performed songs that have won number ones in the history of Music Bank including Jo Sung Mo’s “To Heaven”, Baek Ji Young’s “Like I Got Shot”, Lee Hyori’s “U-Go-Girl” and Park Ji Yoon’s “Adult Ceremony”.

In addition, the show features anticipated comeback performances from Shinhwa, 2PM and Seo In Young.

Other performers tonight included Girls’ Generation, SHINee, 4minute, B1A4, Dynamic Duo, Simon D and Rhythm Power.

Following the tragic news of Ulala Session leader Lim Youn Taek’s death, several celebrities expressed their sorrows through their SNS accounts.

Yoon Jong Shin, who was a judge for ‘Superstar K3’ posted on his Twitter, “Yoon Taek… I never gave you anything, but I just learned so many things from you. I could not keep in touch recently… Goodbye, and thank you.”

‘Superstar K2’ winner, Huh Gak posted, “Lim Yoon Taek hyung, God will protect you in a place where there is no pain. My condolences to you” while Tiger JK wrote, “Rest In Peace.” Simon D also tweeted, “Rest in peace, Mr. Lim. I hope you will sing and dance as much as you want in heaven.”

2AM members also offered their condolences with Jo Kwon posting, “I won’t forget your passion on stage. Rest in peace. My condolences to Lim Yoon Taek, who was a beautiful performer.” Seulong tweeted, “I’ve never met you and I don’t really know you but after hearing this news, my heart aches so much. My condolences to you.” and lastly Jinwoon tweeted, “I will never forget… You really gifted everyone with beauty… My condolences to you.”

Other celebrities and netizens are also pouring out their condolences to the singer.

Lim Yoon Taek, who has been suffering from stomach cancer for a long time, died on February 11th at 8:40 PM.

Hip hop artists Dynamic Duo, Simon D and Primary have come together to release a new single for the 30th anniversary of Nike’s popular and famed brand, ‘Air Force One’.

On December 12th, the hip hop team released their collaborative single titled, “naliGood!!!”. According to Amoeba Culture, Dynamic Duo, Simon D and Primary were selected as the best fit to represent Air Force One’s values and appearance.

One of the industries much loved couples Simon D and Lady Jane are celebrating their 5th anniversary this year!

On the 29th of October, Lady Jane updated her twitter account and shared, "5th anniversary" and shared a photo of her and Simon D on a dinner date.

Simon D and Lady Jane celebrates their 5th year of being together and they celebrated it with a romantic dinner date with food and wine. Netizens commented, "Looking at them makes me so jealous", "I hope they had a delicious meal", "They look so good together".

Supreme Team’s Simon D revealed that he had once turn down IU’s offer and named it as his biggest regret of his 20’s.

During the recent filming of Mnet ‘vol. TEN’, Simon D revealed that he had turned down IU’s offer for a collaboration. Right after releasing her hit track “Nagging”, the singer asked Simon D to feature in another song. However, due to his busy schedule, Simon D turned down the offer.

Simon D explained, “I had to turn down the offer because I was so busy. Now I feel so bad that I can’t even talk to her.”

To this, Im Jin Mo nagged him saying, “Rejecting a request from IU is worse than disobeying an order from your parents.” Jung In added, “Simon D, you’re quite amazing to have rejected IU.”

Simon also made everyone laugh by stating “I also think it is my biggest mistake in my 20s.”

Some of the biggest names in the K-Pop music scene will come together for the upcoming Korea Expo 2012 in Yeosu. With seven shows total, the “K-Pop Big Wave Concert” will begin on May 12th and will run until August 11th.

The “K-Pop Big Wave Concert” is to take place as the opening ceremony of the expo which will be graced by a total of 15 top artists such as Super Junior, 2PM, Wonder Girls, Dynamic Duo, Simon D, 2AM, INFINITE, Jung In & Leessang, miss A, SHINee, FT ISLAND, CNBLUE, ZE:A, B1A4 and Busker Busker.

An official of CJ E&M was quoted saying, “We felt these artists will meet the expectations of all attendees at such a meaningful and global event.”

Simon D left a message on Twitter reminiscing about Supreme Team’s early days.

On May 1st, Simon D tweeted, “Supreme Team when we were very popular in Hongdae in 2007 and 2008. Sangu drew the picture. I miss the good old days. Forever Young”, and uploaded the above photo.

The photo shows a drawing of characters representing himself and E-Sens when they were keeping busy as a group.

Supreme Team is composed of Simon D and E-Sens. While Simon D is currently busy with his solo activities, E-Sens temporarily halted activities as he was sentenced to prison after being charged for smoking marijuana.

Rapper Simon D of hip-hop duo Supreme Team will be making his acting debut through MBC upcoming sitcom "Standby".

Simon D will be playing the role of a stereotypical young Busan man. His character named ‘Simon D’ is described as working in a shop and has aspirations of becoming a rapper. He forms a three-member group that includes ‘So Min’ and ‘Kyung Pyo’ who always sit around and worry about life’s problems.

"Standby" will revolve around the lives of producers, directors, writers and other employees of TV11. For this sitcom, Simon D will be joining Ryu Jin, Jung So Min and ZE:A’s Im Siwan, who have been previously confirmed for the cast.

Korea's top hip hop artists Dynamic Duo, Simon D of Supreme Team and Kero One are coming to perform in the United States!

Dynamic Duo and Simon D will perform together with Kero One, a Korean hip hop artist, producer and DJ from California, who has toured the world and worked with top artists including Epik High, Jay Park, Dok2, MYK, and Dumbfoundead.

On March 1, Kero One made the announcement on his Twitter tweeting, “First time ever K-hip hop group Dynamic Duo + Simon D + yours truly will be hitting a short tour in the USA April 13!!”

Their first stop will be in Seattle, Washington on April 13th at Showbox at the Market with doors opening at 7PM. They will then head down to Los Angeles on the 14th.

The concert is open to all ages and tickets for the Seattle show are already available for purchase. Tickets are currently priced at $42 or can be purchased at the door for $52.

New group AA kicked off their official debut stage tonight. The Boss and NORAZO made their comeback performances while Brown Eyed Girls followed up with their new ballad. Other amazing performances from artists including Kim Hyung Joong, Orange Caramel, Boyfriend, Simon D, X-Cross, M.I.B, MYNAME and 4men.

Newly debuted Simon D shared an eye-catching photos on his Twitter.

On October 16th, the rapper uploaded the photo and tweeted "My pendant came. ‘Golden Mouth’ was made in reference to my face, making it more meaningful. It's awesome!"

In the photo, Simon D is holding up a golden pendant in the shape of his nose and mouth. The gold pendant was decorated with diamonds along the top edge, hanging on a gold chain.
