According to YMC Entertainment, Ailee took a three-day trip to the Philippines in April in order to film a commercial presenting the hot spots of the Manila. She is featured as the main star of an interactive movie which will air through portal sites and SNS starting June 12th, the Independence Day of the country.

Super Junior's Choi Siwon turned 27 (Korean age) on April 7th, 2013. Three fan clubs in the Philippines including WeLoveChoiSiwon Philippines together with Siwon Philippines (under SJPHELFS) and Captain Siwonest (under SJUPH) gathered to celebrate Siwon's birthday.

On the 6th, Filipino ELFs celebrated Siwon's birthday in a special way, it was held at Jollibee Vito Cruz from 1PM to 4PM. Siwon's look-alike, Kurt Othello Sadje also attended the event as a special guest. Fans surely enjoyed the birthday gathering because of the games, prizes and of course, spending quality time with their fellow Filipino ELFs.

The main purpose of the gathering is to help other people, to donate to a church in the Philippines, 'Evangelical Methodist Church in Cambaog'. It is great to know that KPOP idols inspire people to do good deeds. They are indeed a great way to help people in need. Being a fan is not just about spending your money in buying merchandises, attending concerts but it is also about giving your best just to help people even in a small way in the name of your idol. The Philippine fan clubs especially WeLoveChoiSiwon Philippines and Siwon Philippines put much effort to make this event successful, from planning the event to making it possible.

To certify their donation, certificates were given to the participating fan clubs.

Take a look at some photos taken during the event.

The promotional videos for the said event can be watched below.

We are hoping that our readers and ELFs could help the church that the Philippine fan clubs donated to by donating also, any amount is accepted. International fans can also help.

★CONCERT ORGANIZER

Fans can expect a lot more when the Dream K-pop Fantasy Concert is held in the Philippines in January next year, especially that meet-and-greet events will be held.

This will be the first time that a K-pop concert in the Philippines will feature six K-pop idol groups.

The Dream K-pop Fantasy Concert, slated on Jan. 19 at the Mall of Asia concert grounds, will be headlined by nine-member Girls' Generation, EXO (EXO M and EXO K), Infinite, U-KISS, Tahiti and Tasty.

"It is the first time that Philippines will have six K-pop idols in one concert. So the fans can expect all the excitement and fun from their favorite artists," PULP Live World's Happee Sy told Bulletin Entertainment.

Sy said a special stage will be set up and there will be games and prizes for the fans.

"We have a special 'K-Pop style' extended stage to make sure all fans will be able to see their favorite artists. We have also prepared in-between games for all the fans to win prizes and special signed merchandise from the artists," she added.

The Dream K-pop Fantasy Concert, organized by Korean Media Holdings (KMH) and promoted by PULP Live World, will run from three to four hours.

In addition, Sy said meet-and-greet events are being organized for the fans.

"Yes, there are meet and greets that are being arranged with the Idols and the venues. We are also preparing lots of signed CDs to give away to their most loyal fans," she said.

The meet-and-greet events might be held a day before the K-pop concert, she added.

Except for U-KISS, this will be the first time for the five other groups to visit the Philippines.

Girls' Generation is one of the most popular K-pop groups. The group's "Girls' Generation" album has sold one million in copies in Japan.

EXO is a new group under SM Entertainment composed of two subunits: EXO-K and EXO-M. The two groups debuted in Korea and China last April.

Infinite is a seven-member boy band, which debuted in Korea in 2010. U-KISS debuted in 2008 and is composed of seven members.

Tahiti and Tasty are new to the K-pop scene. Tahiti is a six-member girl group which debuted last July while Tasty is a duo that debuted last August.

For Filipino Blackjacks, last Saturday, June 4, 2011, was not an ordinary day for their favorite idol group performed at the Araneta Coliseum for a concert entitled "The Party."

Shortly before the concert, Blackjacks gathered for an event called "The Fiesta" in which various 2NE1 collectible items were sold. Furthermore, it was also a time for fans to be their idols as some groups performed their favorite 2NE1 songs.

As "The Party" began, fans cheered in much anticipation while front acts Techy Romantics, Christian Bautista, The Bloomfields, Callalily and Philippine All Stars warmed up the mood with their amazing performances and songs. Famous Filipino actress and host Giselle Sanchez also shared a piece of her amazing humor to the audience in the Big Dome. She even mimicked Dara's hairstyle that some of us even thought that it was actually the latter who entered the stage!

The latter half of the show, just as expected, was welcomed by thunderous cheers from the crowds when 2NE1, composed of Dara, CL, Minzy and Bom, made their entrance with "Fire." (1)

2NE1 also performed hits like "Go Away" (2), "Can't Nobody" (6) and "Clap Your Hands" (7) which intensified the crowds' cheers.

Can't Nobody

Clap Your Hands

Furthermore, Sandara surprised Filipino fans as she performed, once again, her song, "In or Out" (5) which became a last song syndrome hit during when she was still a singer/actress in the Philippines.

In Or Out

CL and Minzy showed off onstage their energy as they performed "Please Don't Go." (3)

The girls also serenaded the audience with the soothing tune of "Lonely." (4)

Lonely

Finally, the ended the show with "I Don't Care" being their last song for the show which left Blackjacks to ask for more!

However, to leave a more exciting piece, here's what Ms. Happee Sy of Pulp Live Magazine, the organizer of "The Party", has to say to a full-length show!

We are hoping for it too!
