Five-member boy band MBLAQ will soon be returning to the local music scene with a new album.
A PR official from their agency J.TUNE Entertainment told 10Asia over the phone on Friday, "The boys are recording their title track and our goal is to release the album by January of next year. We aren't sure what type of album it will be since it's still in the planning stages."
She added that they will begin shooting the music video and explained that J.TUNE is making plans for the boys to expand their singing career overseas.
Composed of members Seung-ho, G.O., Lee Joon, Thunder and Mir, MBLAQ (Music Boys Live in Absolute Quality) was discovered and trained by Asia superstar Rain for two years.
They made their debut in October 2009 with their single album "Just BLAQ" and followed it up with their second single "Y" in May.
