[News] 2PM to celebrate one year since Japan debut with fan event
2PM will be celebrating their first year anniversary since their official debut in Japan with a fan event slated for next week.
JYP Entertainment stated, "2PM will meet with a number of fans for a high-five event at the International Exhibition Hall in the Makuhari Messe in Tokyo on December 8th to commemorate the date when they made their official debut in Japan."
2PM released their first DVD "Hottest~2PM 1st Music Video Collection & The History" on November last year. It contained their music videos released to date, various pictorials and behind-the-scenes past footage.
On December 8th of the same year, the group held their successful first showcase in Japan titled, "2PM 1ST CONTACT in JAPAN" which marked their debut in the country.
2PM has since released several singles including, "Take Off", "I'm Your Man" and "Ultra Lover" which were all included in their first full-length Japanese album "Republic of 2PM" which was released yesterday.
Meanwhile, 2PM will soon kick off their sold out Japan tour which will hit its first stop in Osaka on December 5th, followed by shows in Nippon, Tokyo and Fukuoka.
