Recently, YG Entertainment has released a mysterious teaser, to which appears to be launching of a global event for Big Bang's comeback. On February 29, YG finally revealed the details for the event.
To commemorate Big Bang's highly-awaited return, YG Entertainment and the boys will be launching the "2012 BIGBANG [BLUE & BAD BOY] GLOBAL COVER CONTEST". With their return, Big Bang is planning on sharing their music and dance with fans from all over.
All Big Bang fans in the world are qualified to enter the event. They must create a cover of Big Bang's 5th mini album "ALIVE" title songs "Blue" or "Bad Boy". The cover can be singing, dancing, band play, cosplay, instrumental play or others that will showcase one's creativity.
Submitting of entries will run until March 14 at 11:59 KST. YG Entertainment will announce the top entries on April 3rd while voting for the chosen finalist will run until April 10th. The winner will be chosen by YG Entertainment and Big Bang themselves, with the help of public popularity.
The winner will be announced on April 17th. The lucky winner will have a chance to visit South Korea through the Seoul Travel Package which includes free airline ticket, accomodation and YG office tour. Other winners will get Big Bang "Alive" goods gift box and signed CD with personal message from the boys.
