[News] 'Bread, Love and Dreams' sets sights on 50 percent mark
"Bread, Love and Dreams" continued to command the primetime lineup on Wednesday and Thursday night with high viewership ratings.
Data from TNmS (Total National Multimedia Statistics) on Friday reported that "Bread," into its final four episodes, scored a viewership rating of 44.7 percent on September 1, while soaring to 48.4 percent on last night's episode, indicating that the show may soon breach the 50 percent mark.
Numbers released by AGB Media Research revealed that the baking drama brought in slightly lower ratings of 44 percent on Wednesday and increased by one percent the following night.
This week's episode focused on how both Tak-koo (Yoon Si-yoon) and Ma-joon (Joo Won) went out on a mission in developing a new product.
SBS' series "My Girlfriend is Gumiho," starring Lee Seung-gi and Shin Min-ah, held onto its position as the No. 2 show, maintaining ratings in the 11 to low-14 percent range on both charts.
Meanwhile, MBC's latest Wednesday and Thursday series "Naughty Kiss" began its run this week.
