[News] Infinite’s L, First Role in a Japanese Drama.. Balances Being a Singer-Actor


L, from the 7 membered male idol group Infinite, will be having his first appearance in a Japanese drama. According to the Japan’s Sankei Sports, L will be trying out acting through a drama called, ‘Jiu Police Criminal Investigation’, which will air on the 7th through Asahi TV.

L will be acting out the important role of ‘Jiu’, the mystery’s criminal, who gets chased by the leading investigator roles played by Kuroki Meisa and Tabe Mikako.

L, who is acting in a Japanese drama for the first time through this drama, will be having acting promotions with blonde hair. L showed affection for his role by saying, “His mysterious side is similar to mine.”

With the start of the Japanese showcase on July 17th, Infinite will also be starting their Asia promotions. This event is to commemorate their new song release.

Although they haven’t had any official promotions yet, they, who are leading the KPOP fever with visible growth, have received comments that their sophisticated music and powerful choreography stands out more than anything.

Infinite, who recently had their 1st anniversary since their debut, are in the middle of having a short break after promoting for their mini album’s follow up song, ‘Can U Smile’, and are also preparing for overseas promotions.
