[News] T-Max announces disbandment
After the rumor of their disbandment, T-Max has confirmed to end their 4-year singing career as a group.
On January 4th, their agency, Planet 905 Entertainment announced that the members decided to go their separate ways and focus on their individual activities such as solo singing careers and acting.
T-Max, which originally composed by Minchul, Kim Joon and Yunhwa, first debuted in 2007 with the single album "Blooming". Yunhwa then left the group to fullfill his mandatory military service and Chanyang and Hanbi joined the group in early 2011.
The group also became a hit after Kim Joon starred in the KBS drama, "Boys Over Flowers" and their OST, “Paradise“, has become a trademark in the industry.
A representative of Planet 905 stated, "Minchuk has established his own record label and has kicked off his music career and Chanyang will also start his solo singing career".
"Kim Joon, who is currently serving in military, Yunhwa and Hanbi will begin their acting careers under the firm", he added.
