Jang Geun Suk starts first Asian Tour as Team-H


Hallyu celebrity Jang Geun Suk is due to start his first Asian tour as a member of project group Team-H.

Team-H will start their first Asian tour, which is named ‘2013 Team-H Party - I Just Wanna Have Fun’ starting with a concert in Hiroshima Sun Plaza Hall in Japan on February 23 and 24, followed by dates in Kobe, Sapporo, and Shanghai, and other cities in Thailand and Taiwan.

Team-H is a project group formed by Jang Geun Suk and his musical partner Big Brother. They released their first EP album in the China region and topped the reservation album sales chart with their first mini album released in Japan in 2012.

The duo earned global recognition for their music in international music festivals including “UMF Korea 2012” and “Summer Sonic 2012.”

They will announce a new album, “I Just Wanna Have Fun”, on February 27. Tree-J said, “Jang Geun Suk and Big Brother will sing the songs they have performed in previous concerts, including songs recognized at the international festivals and new songs on the new album.”

Jang said about his upcoming tour, “It is especially meaningful as it is Team-H’s first tour. I am excited and somewhat nervous.”

The “2012 Jang Geun Suk Tour: The Cri Show 2”, which included 16 concerts in nine Asian cities during the last year, attracted a total audience of 163,000 people.
