At the Oak Valley golf course (picture above), the 'Where are you, Heat at the
Deep Night?', the Midsummer Festival, will start.
It is an event that conducts annually during the summer, and during this year,
it starts from the July 16th until the August 21st.
At the Friday and Saturday night, the live stage of the Korea's famous
singers', such as MBLAQ, f(x), Jung Dongha (Resurrection), Jewerly S, Paige, and
Gil Gun will be held.
At the August 7th, with the conducting of Kim Donggun announcer, special concert
for the celebration of Lee Mija's 50th year of the debut will be hold.
At the weekday (Sunday~Thursday), there are band concerts.
At the outdoor plaza, 'Special Gathering under the Heat' will be held.
There are all kinds of experimental events such as face painting, mask,and
baking cookies.
The Wild Goat Ginseng Experience Corner, which will be shown this year,
the practical exercise of planting on a pot of the Wild Goat Ginseng, which is also
known as Jangnoisam, will be conducted. Unusual events such as making Korean
traditional rice cake and soaking medical wine will also be added.
Including the 'Oak Valley's International Short Movie Screening Exhibition', which
shows the popular movies from the new movies on the 2010 Asiana International
Short Film Festival, there are unique and variety of cultural programs such as
experiencing provincial governor, experiencing the float of traditional Korean handmade
paper, and Photo Studio in the Wonju's Kamyoung Cultural Festival.
