Rookie group Leader'S who made their debut earlier this year revealed that they are actually a sub unit Leader'S T. It has been announced that Leader'S expanded on a 24-member group and will be making their debut early next year.
TGN Entertainment stated, "We have embarked on a project on expanding into a 24-member group. They will form an 8-member unit for a total of 3 teams -- Leader's T, Leader's G, and Leader's N. The group currently promoting their track “Kiss Me” are members of the Leader's T unit." They continued, "Leader's was inspired by the Japanese girl group AKB48. The girl group will be friends to their fans. Instead of a sexy image, unlike other girl groups, they will have an approachable and flexible image."
The agency added, "We hope you will be mesmerized by the harmony of twenty-four girls. When you look at the idol groups these days, they are called “single line singers” because most have each members singing only a line out of a song. Many people have been saying, “If you have 24 members then they will sing one word instead of one line,” but every member of Leader’S will sing from the beginning to the end. All of the members have undeniably good vocals. Even their twelve hour practices mostly consist of vocal training."
