It was announced that the South Korean girl group 2NE1 will be releasing their new album in Japan (TITLE TBA) on March 28. Leader CLsaid with great ambition for their work, "We will be releasing our first album in Japan. We've really put a lot of hard work into it. We hope that everyone will receive it with delight and surprise."
On the same day as well, their seniors in YG Ent BIGBANG will be releasing a new album and will start their {BIGSHOW 2012 IN JAPAN} tour at Aichi Prefecture on May 17.
2NE1 and BIGBANG are also scheduled to perform at {SPRINGROOVE 2012}, the biggest R&B and HIPHOP fest in Japan.
